1. Understaff in main restaurant during holidays and weekends.
2. Boat trips to the beach cancelled every day (made reservations four days in a row, one day before - no help).

A gorgeous hotel.
Of the advantages:
- modern, large hotel: there is a fitness room, a spa area, a large swimming pool, shallow, for insta-photo
- the rooms have everything you need: a safe, a kettle, tea accessories, an ironing board, an iron, a TV set, air conditioning, many sockets, a work desk
- we had a gorgeous view of the sea (no extra charge) and a balcony with a chaise longue, table and chairs for cozy gatherings
- good breakfasts and dinners - varied menu, delicious food
Of the cons:
- the level of service is 3-4, sometimes everything is perfect, and sometimes it feels like they forgot about you
- the air conditioner was turned on at 18 degrees in the room, we checked in late in the evening, warmed up the room for two days then
- there was no hair dryer and bathrobes in the room
- for long stays (over 3 days), a deposit must be made, the tour operator insisted on local currency, upon arrival at the hotel it turned out that it was possible in dollars: both cash and cashless

A good hotel for its 5 stars. The room has everything from a kettle to elemis cosmetics. There is everything about food too. A mini bus takes you to the beach, the schedule can be found at the reception. There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, and many different cafes. Here I noticed one minus with clogged sun beds near the pool, just towels and that's it. And so I want to come back here again
