We have been vacationing since January 31 at this hotel.
To begin with, upon check-in, we were given a room with a view of the parking lot. Although the hotel was empty..
The mini bar refrigerator is empty.
There's a problem with food, the bartender in tattoos is just terrible.
We had everything included, drinks were poured for us from exhausted Half-cups.
There is trouble with alcohol in the bar, you need to beg for everything.
Cola, fanta, sprite are banned!
It's the same thing at breakfast.. you won 't find anything but scrambled eggs .
There are no teaspoons, sticks were provided instead!
At the table, one napkin was given out for one person..
Entertainment -0
No dancing in the evening.
There is no private beach, but who was there, they said it was better not to go there..
There were many places in the UAE where they rested, but this hotel is the worst!
The bestial attitude towards visitors is a beautiful picture-but no more..

We were at this hotel in early February 2020 (Me, my wife and three children).
The hotel is excellent, convenient location. There are 2 supermarkets nearby. There is a swimming pool (warm), a children's slide into the water. The food is decent, the desserts are pleasant, a lot of vegetables and fruits. Excellent staff, caring and responsive to any wishes. The hotel has its own island, which can be reached by a special boat. As a rule, a small number of people come to the island, and this is nice, because there is a feeling that the island is completely yours)))). The rooms are beautiful and cozy, modern equipment. The restaurant has a girl Vika, a wonderful soul person, the children loved her from the first day and ran for breakfast every morning with great pleasure.

Great hotel. Beautiful view of the Persian Gulf. Silence, beauty. It is located right by the water. A boat takes you to the beach on its own separate island, with white sand and azure water.
