There were few reviews of this hotel, the tour was very profitable and we decided to go for breakfast and dinner with a family with a child. The location of the hotel is very convenient, in the evenings you can walk along the embankment, large supermarkets are within walking distance: lu lu, nestro, day tu day. There is a transfer to the beach at 9, back at 12, we took a taxi for 15-17 dirhams. Dirhams were bought immediately in Russia. Beach towels are provided by the pool. There is also a 15-hour transfer to the Sharjah City Center. The rooms are large and spacious. There is an ironing board and iron in each room, as well as scales, which is convenient for luggage. Paste/brush, machine, soap, shampoos, caps are all available. There is a bathroom and a separate shower, which is very convenient. There is a rope in the bathroom for drying things. The room came across with a view of the neighboring wall, very dark, they checked in at 11 a.m. for that, but they promised to relocate. We had a rest from the road, we wanted to move the next day, but again there were no rooms, New Year's Eve and a full hotel. We became indignant, called the senior manager that we had paid for a room with a view of the city, and not on the wall. As a result, we were relocated with a side view of the lagoon, at first they asked for 20 thousand rubles extra, but they gave us free of charge. Since the rooms are not ventilated, there is a slightly stagnant smell, but just a little, it is not disgusting to be in the room. The renovation is updated, everything is not too old. The beds are a bit harsh, but that's a quibble. The food is without frills, not very diverse. For breakfast there is milk porridge, olives, nuts, fried omelets, waffles. There were no dates, which is strange for such a country. There is cheese, some hot, pineapple, melon, watermelon fruits. Juices of several types are quite tasty, coffee, tea. A la carte lunch (photo attached), poor choice of several dishes, not very tasty. It's better not to go to it. We changed dinner for lunch once. Dinner is also served in a buffet style, where drinks are available, although in other hotels there is usually only water, and here there are juices. Meat, fish in batter, rice, macaroni and cheese. Standard food, you won't stay hungry, but by the end of your vacation it's impossible to look at it. For the amount that we flew to NG for a week (200 rubles) with meals, the hotel is worth it!!!! But for a higher amount, I would consider others with better food and transfers to Dubai.

A wonderful hotel! With a great location to just walk around Sharjah. There is a transfer to the beach. The hotel is clean, large rooms with beautiful views. We managed to stay in two rooms of different categories. The spa area and gym are separate for men and women! The rooftop pool is small but nice, plus a Jacuzzi, sauna in the pool area is also available. The food is wonderful! (Many network fives don't feed so well). We took breakfasts and dinners. There was plenty of everything, and appetizers and salads, and vegetables, hot and first courses, too, there was a sufficient choice, very tasty fruits and amazing desserts! It felt like the guests were appreciated here!

Great hotel! We had a rest in it for the New Year holidays. We took it with breakfasts and dinners. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna, gym and everything is included in the price. Breakfast and dinner are not bad enough, you can eat plenty. It operates according to the "buffet" system. Of course, there will be no shrimps and lobsters in it. But there is a base of first and second courses, salads, fruits and pastries. The rooms are clean and well maintained, spacious. They are cleaned every day (tips left every day may have been valid). If you want a beautiful view of the lagoon, then pay extra immediately for a room with a view. No one will just populate it. We saved money and had a view of the parking lot. The location of the hotel is quite good. It's easy to cross the road to the lagoon embankment. The central market is 10 minutes away by taxi. It takes 10 minutes to get to the exchanger at a leisurely pace. There are many attractions near the hotel. Busy streets with shopping malls. The hotel has a free shuttle service every day from the hotel to the beach. Towels are provided, but you need to take them to the spa and then hand them over. I think we would have gone back there again. Recommend.

I'm paying for three meals, we arrived at NG, a festive dinner was paid for, which was marked unilaterally 3 days before departure, this is normal unilaterally, as we were told. The situation that the hotel is half-empty led to the cancellation of dinner, but people go to the top five and paid 5*. The food itself was not 5 * in any way, monotonous, there were never any new dishes, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and olives of 1 kind, not the best in taste. The same fish, delicious, but cooked according to 3 recipes in 8 days, pasta 3 types of recipe cooked in 8 days. One recipe a day, no choice. Of the advantages for dinner, 2 types of juice and water are included. Fruits are melon, watermelon and pineapple, each time 2 types of three options. The fruits are delicious, but it shouldn't be so monotonous and dreary at 5* for high prices, even if there are few guests.

For the first time in the UAE. The hotel was chosen in the center of Sharjah, fully met expectations. Good location, all the sights are within walking distance, convenient for evening walks. Meals for 5+, we took breakfast and dinner, dinner can be changed for lunch. There is always meat, fish, chicken in different variations, vegetables, fruits, sweets, natural juices. Tea and coffee are only for breakfast. A bus takes you to the beach. The room is cleaned daily, the room is large. The bathroom has all the accessories.

The weak side of the hotel is the food, it doesn't look like 5 stars.

We had a rest in the period February-March 2024. Convenient location, pleasant service, rooftop pool, own restaurant, delicious breakfasts and dinners. They speak only English. There are always dates, lemonade and a coffee drink in the lobby (free of charge). A taxi from the reception to the airport is 3 times more expensive than calling it yourself. At night, the locals make noise so it is not possible to sleep. Moving to another room did not help. My husband had to go and explain with gestures and facial expressions that they were making noise and interfering with sleep. They understood, they stopped making noise. I took off the star for the lack of sound insulation (we were tormented for 3 nights).

I visited this hotel at the end of 2024, the hotel is listed as a top five, to put it mildly, this is not true. A maximum of three. The rooms are decorated and furnished from the last century. The breakfasts are not a fountain, the buffet is very meager, the food is not tasty. The location of the hotel is not a fountain, it is surrounded by slums, garbage dumps and garbage. I couldn't find a decent cafe nearby. The Wi-Fi in the room only worked near the front door, it did not work on the bed. The window in the room cannot be opened or ventilated. A normal city hotel for little money. The rooms are clean but dark, there is enough food, the staff is friendly, there is a free shuttle to the beach, a beautiful promenade for walking nearby, shops, an exchange office, a public transport stop are within walking distance.
