Very disappointed with the carrier. No complaints on board the flight itself. But upon arrival at Pulkovo, I discovered that my suitcase had been opened. I opened the suitcase, everything seemed to be in place. Upon arrival home, I discovered that the money I forgot to take out of the suitcase had been stolen. 15 thousand were missing. Departed on April 9, flight 25 FZ991 at 17:55. Dubai-Saint Petersburg. I wrote a bunch of letters and not a single response. Plus the suitcase is in terrible condition. Broken, the entire top lid swelled from the impact. It is unpleasant for the damage to property and theft. Pulkovo replied that no break-ins were noticed on the airport grounds during unloading. And there was a strange moment at the Dubai airport. When boarding the bus to the plane, they first let me through, and then took me off the bus, allegedly I needed to go through scanning again, they took my luggage and boarding pass with passport. Then they returned it. To my question, what happened? They replied that there was a glitch in the system.

We flew this company to Dubai and back for the first time and faced an unprofessional attitude towards our customers. When we flew to Dubai, our flight was simply changed, the tickets were purchased in advance and we arrived at the airport in advance, since we could not register online, the website asks us to choose a seat and pay, no matter how the airport staff and the support chat said that you can register for free, this is impossible. He doesn't give. We went up to the counter, stood near the counter at the girl for about 40 minutes, she says I'm going to upgrade you now, since there probably aren't any seats anymore or they were running out, I think OK, will you fly business class? Of course! We stood and waited humbly for 40 minutes. Then another one comes up and says you have 2 options, either you don't fly at all, or the next flight, I'm shocked, the one who initially served blamed the second one for what she decides, in the end they say that this is generally a normal situation and without any apologies they send us later in the tail of the plane where it does not recline the seat is buzzing, but the whole point is that while we were standing for 40 minutes, people were calmly checking in at other windows for OUR flight! I stood there and was silent, not even knowing that in general it is possible that a person will not fly away on their purchased tickets in advance! We applied for compensation, wrote a letter, but they replied so far that they would not even consider compensation, although it was all their fault, not ours! There is little food on the plane, when we flew there we were not woken up, we don't even know if they fed us at all or not. Probably yes. We do not recommend this company. If they pay compensation, I will add a review.

One of the worst airlines. I've heard a lot about the excellent service and new liners! Disappointed!!! The liners are old, shabby, there is nowhere to put a bottle of water, headphones, etc. there are no pockets in the seats. Take warm clothes on the flight (plaid is only on sale for $ 20) . Do not count on food, it is very pared down and meager! Plus, I only bet on pilots and flight attendants.
