The nicest employees, they will tell you everything, they will help you (even if you don't know Arabic and English-as they say "on your fingers"). We had the honor to drive from this bus station to Dubai and Abu Dhabi. There is a local fare card available to Dubai (we used a gray one, with a top-up). Before Abu Dhabi, the driver was paid. The bus schedule may not match reality (because it does not take into account traffic jams). We waited for the bus to Dubai for almost 2 hours
