I was very disappointed with the guide's attitude — he did not provide any information himself, he had to ask everything himself. He said that people already come to him with money, and they immediately pay for excursions. But how to tell us the details, how long it takes, in general, apparently, we had to look for this information ourselves. When asked how to book a tour, he said that only on the day of our meeting, and said that he would not be there in the next few days. In fact, he was sitting in the lobby the next day, and "chatting" with new tourists... he had no desire to help. Please pay attention to the organization of transfers and staff training. We expected more from the service.

And 3 hours later, the same Olga writes about the transfer. An irresponsible, inadequate guide.
