We were lucky enough to have a vacation in the Emirates with this company. The comfortable transfer was met at the airport clearly without delay, the driver was courteous, spoke good English and a little Russian. The hotel guide held a meeting the next day, where we decided to go on several excursions and were satisfied. We don't know about the price of others, but we thought it would be more reliable here. The programs are well thought out , stops on demand, comfortable seats, water , the guides are smart , intelligent , local . For example, in Abu Dhabi we were fed in a restaurant, and on a boat in Dubai the buffet was tastier than in the hotel, the child was delighted, they made our stay in the best possible way, we will definitely come back for impressions :) Well done! I recommend it

Terrible organization! We have something to compare it with. We went on an excursion to Dubai, unaccompanied on the road, all 2.5 hours without a guide and, accordingly, without water, which it turns out was. The guide met me only at the Museum of the future. Gulnara's guide is extremely unprofessional. It turned out that the hotel guide, for some reason, did not turn on the Palm Tree for us, instead of helping us buy tickets, she waved us off and sent us to look for an ATM in the Mall on our own. But there was a visit to Nefertiti!!! We were late for the boat trip. She led us to the Marina through some kind of technical entrances, where Indians were sitting on the asphalt. The boat did not sail even half the way, it turned around at the wheel. In order not to spoil your impressions of Dubai, do not book excursions with this company! And these are not just words. Check with other guides or what the hotel offers.

We took an excursion to Dubai from this organization. They promised a separate transfer, as a result, there was one big bus, well, it wasn't a problem. We were told one program, in fact, we went first to some kind of chocolate candy store, then some kind of Nefertiti store, we lost a lot of time there. They tried to sell us some kind of product all the time. Bogdan was the guide. Such a guide is useless. He was as silent as a fish the whole trip. As a result, due to their program with unnecessary stores, we did not have time to visit the museum of the future and immediately went to the Dubai Mall. Where he safely left us and left. We tried to contact him, to which we received a reply. You can take a taxi to the hotel. And our hotel was in Sharjah. And we got there on our own. Don't take guided tours from them. We did not receive any compensation for not visiting the museum and leaving. Think about contacting this organization three hundred times or not.

The beginning of the trip was marred by a long transfer: the journey to the hotel took more than three hours. Although less was stated when buying the tour. Meeting with a guide is a separate epic. I was very disappointed with the guide's attitude — he did not provide any information himself, he had to ask everything himself. He said that people already come to him with money, and they immediately pay for excursions. But how to tell us the details, how long it takes, in general, apparently, we had to look for this information ourselves. When asked how to book a tour, he said that only on the day of our meeting, and said that he would not be there in the next few days. In fact, he was sitting in the lobby the next day, and "chatting" with new tourists... he had no desire to help. Please pay attention to the organization of transfers and staff training. We expected more from the service.

In any difficult situation, you can be prepared for a complete lack of help. The receiving company does not respond to calls and messages. On March 1, our flight from the UAE to Russia was canceled due to the closure of the airspace. The hotel had to be extended at his own expense. The receiving party, represented by Al Khalidiah Tourism, ignores messages and calls from us tourists and a travel agent in Moscow.

If it were possible to put 0 stars, then I would put that many. I highly do not recommend this agency! Do not order anything from them, you will save nerves and money!!! We went to Abu Dhabi with our family, and we were really looking forward to this trip. The adventures began the day before, when we were informed in the afternoon of the departure time — 7.40 am. At the same time, we had to write to the agency for information on our own, otherwise, apparently, we would have missed the tour. The next day, the adventures continued, because we were literally 5 minutes late, but the bus did not wait for us and left, while no one texted on their mobile, they only called the room once, but since no one answered (of course, because we were in the elevator), the group set off next, we had to catch up with the bus by taxi. In Abu Dhabi, we visited three locations: the Louvre, the Presidential Palace and the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the guide did not enter any of the locations with us, we could get acquainted with the information using an audio guide. If escorts are really not required at the Louvre, then I would like to learn more in other places. At the same time, we saw guides coming in with other groups, meaning there was no ban on conducting excursions inside. During the day, we were constantly being pushed, we had to constantly hurry, and we were able to explore all the sights only superficially. With such an early departure, it's strange that there was such a rush everywhere, even at the last mosque.

Cons: Olga, the guide, offered guided tours. Late for an appointment, no apologies. That's nothing. On the eve of departure, this guide ignored us completely, referring to the fact that the hotel is responsible for organizing the transfer. We spent 2 hours checking at the hotel, they answered, and the guide will arrange the transfer. I had to call the hotline at a local travel agency. They helped there. And 3 hours later, the same Olga writes about the transfer. An irresponsible, inadequate guide.

The worst organization in my experience. One can judge by the latest situation in Dubai. All other tour operators paid for hotels for tourists, while AL KHALIDIAH TOURISM simply remained silent on the eve of departure, and I extracted information from it. As a result, the voucher for the extension of the hotel was sent to me by an agent from Moscow, who sold the ticket, he also somehow knocked out tickets to Moscow for us so that we could fly faster on March 6, instead of AL KHALIDIAH TOURISM on March 4, he turned all the arrows to the agent, he was not even interested in our situation. And even when the agent from Moscow sent us the tickets, AL KHALIDIAH TOURISM refused us a paid transfer!! We got to the airport by ourselves! In general, if trouble happens, you will be abandoned and your questions will be answered in silence! On the other hand, he reminded me three times of the meeting on excursions, with exclamation marks.

The agency's work wants the best. Apparently, due to the influx of tourists, the workers relaxed and decided that everything would work out that way. They were met at the airport, sent in groups to hotels without an escort, only the driver, who did not speak Russian. We checked into the hotel on our own. The next day, a meeting with the hotel guide, who mixed all the excursions together without really explaining anything. He did not provide an excursion program. Well, at least he told me a little about the city. We never saw him again, the connection was on the phone. Before the trip, we find out that the Palm peninsula review was allegedly replaced by a monorail ride. Again, we were taken unaccompanied to the gathering place of the group. We took a VIP tour. They gave us 20 minutes at the gathering place in the old town, as the first part was already waiting for us there. Then we can gallop around Dubai, 20 minutes near the museum, 20 minutes to Palm Island, where we learn that no one has changed anything and a monorail is planned for this tour. One stop on the subway, and to explore another location. Then a yacht trip with dinner. We got to the yacht and walked along the canal and found out that our dinner had been rammed and it would not be there. We were kicked off the yacht and went to the Fountain Mall. There, instead of checking out, I had to queue for food at my own expense, well, at least we had time to go to the fountains, that's the organization of excursions. I can't imagine how things happen on other excursions, but no one is responsible for anything. Then we spent two days getting compensation for dinner. The money was returned to us with great difficulty. There was a representative of another tour company at the hotel, where the tours were the same and cheaper. So the probability that next time we will use the services of this company is unlikely. The return transfer is also without resistance, only the driver who dropped us off at the terminal. So learn Arabic or English, and welcome to the Emirates. Self-guided tours will be cheaper and more comfortable. All the best.

The guide, Alexandra P., is doing a terrible job. When her husband and she wanted to go to Ferrari Park, she did not answer about the transfer back until the last moment, forcing her to pay first, and then she would provide all the transfer information. As a result, we got an adequate response, waited for the payment link, and Alexandra simply disappeared without providing it to us. We have been waiting for the "payment link" for two days now. By the way, we did get to Ferrari Park, but without her help. At the moment, we have been waiting for an hour for a response to the airport transfer bill. Although Alexandra told us that we should have an envelope brought to our room at the time of departure of the transfer....

Unfortunately, I was "lucky" to run into this company. We arrived in the Emirates on February 28, they were the host company, met well, took us to the hotel, there are no questions. The next day, I had a meeting with their representative Nargiza at the hotel. The situation is terrible, fighting has begun, Nargiza offers excursions to Dubai (she said that everything would be over in 2 days, what are you worried about, let me write it down for the tour). We refused. 3 days before departure, we received information that our flight to St. Petersburg by AK Fly Dubai had been canceled. We went straight to Nargiza, asked what we should do, to which the answer was: don't even think, rest, you have 3 more days. For 2 days, we asked her how best to be, if our stay would be extended, since the flights were canceled, to which she said: we will bring you here and leave you here at your hotel in case of anything, don't worry. But go to the airport now, maybe take a first-come, first-served flight. It was March 5th, and the tour ended on March 7th. The answer to all our questions was the same: I do not know. The day before departure, they asked about the transfer, the answer is the same: I don't know. Maybe he'll come, maybe not. On the day of departure, she was asked again if we would be returned to this hotel if there was any situation, the answer was: I do not know, although she herself had said every time before that that they always leave their tourists. An hour before we left the hotel, a drone flew to the airport, to which Nargiza said: have you seen any drones? It's okay, go ahead. We were evicted without tickets, as no one sent us new ones, and there are no flights to St. Petersburg. They said that there are representatives of Al Khalidiah at the airport, you need to approach them. We came up, they put us in some kind of queue. Then a woman came running, shouted that there was another queue for Moscow, and we went there. Then another representative of this company said that we should not stand in this queue at all, we need to go to the Fly Dubai counter and reissue our tickets there. Let's go there. The queue did not move at all, other tour operators helped their tourists, the same four stood at their counter and had a nice conversation with each other, sometimes explaining something to people. When we realized that we wouldn't get the tickets, and we had nowhere to go, we went to their desk and the girl promised to help with the transfer to the ak office. As a result, the guys took a taxi at their own expense. I went to their counter to have a representative confirm that we were standing in line correctly, as our travel agent had said otherwise. When one of the representatives explained it to me, a man joined the conversation, who said that it was necessary to stand in line here, and in the office for money to reissue. We started arguing with him because it wasn't said, and eventually he started saying it was about the transfer, not the tickets, and everyone at the counter was arguing with me and yelling. As a result, after the scandal, one of the women explained the procedure, for which she was grateful, since it had to be said in advance before arriving at the airport. I assured them that we would be taken to the hotel if the flight was on a different date, and that we would wait in a calm atmosphere. We somehow got tickets for March 8 at 1:10 a.m. We arrived, while we were waiting, the flight was postponed to 9 a.m. We went back to them to ask if we could go to the hotel. At first they said they would take us, go check in and come over, a minute later they changed their mind and told us to sit at the airport, as a result we knocked the hotel out of them, now they were saying that there would be a transfer, then there would not be. They come up with their own solutions and change them themselves. In the end, they were able to get both the transfer and the hotel out of them. At night, Nargiza showed up again (from the hotel, from which she sent us to the airport on March 7 at 1 p.m. on a transfer) and texted me to be in the lobby tomorrow, since we are on the transfer list at 1 p.m. on March 8 (why we are suddenly there is unknown). When I texted her that we had already checked out and had a flight at 9 a.m. and that we were waiting at another hotel for departure, she told us to come back to our hotel and take a transfer from there to the airport at 1 p.m.Bottom line: they absolutely do not care about what is happening, there is no interest and desire to help. These problems have been going on for days, and they still don't know what to do... and the problem was solved in 2 steps even before we left the hotel on the day of our departure. And then no one would waste their nerves, their strength and their money, and you would really help tourists and be interested in solving problems. But you probably aren't interested.

This is not a tour agency, but just a ticket service. The transfer is not provided. We rented a yacht through them, after we checked the price of the yacht on the website, it turned out to be much cheaper. We bought tickets to Legoland, the guide said that there was a free bus, as a result, there was no bus, we had to take a taxi for 200 dirhams one way. In general, I do not advise you to take anything through them, it is easier to find it yourself. We stayed at the Centara Mirage Dubai Hotel. The guide is Elena. Apart from everything else, the guide's behavior itself is not entirely understandable, he constantly interrupts during a conversation, refuses to answer questions, referring to the wrong tone of conversation and all that sort of thing. As if I'm not a client, but her employee or a person who owes something. 🤷♂️

We were very disappointed with this agency, we ruined the last and penultimate day of rest when we found out that departure from the hotel at 6.45, provided that breakfast starts at 6.30 (it takes place in a nearby hotel 150 meters from ours), we tried to solve this with support, but they replied that this is a group transfer and it is impossible to change neither the place nor the time. As a result, having missed breakfast, we are waiting for the transfer at 6.45 and at 7.05 the driver comes to our reception and leads us towards the neighboring hotel and leaves the complex, passing through the entrance to the very hotel to which it was impossible to change the boarding place. Also, despite the fact that the time could not be rescheduled, the bus made a meaningless circle around the area and returned to the exit from the hotel, after which it continued following the route. The bus itself was not comfortable, with a height of 186cm and a weight of 80 kg, the knees rested against the seat in front, and the back of the chair constantly dropped spontaneously. The excursions from this company were also disappointing. *Abu Dhabi Sightseeing Tour " should be called look out the window on the left side of the bus, as 90% of the attractions are passed by bus and are located on the left side despite the directions of travel. The guide told us only on the bus, and at the exit they showed us the direction of the ticket office and sent us for a walk on our own. I was especially disappointed and worried about my safety and my life that the transfer from the hotel to the shared bus and back (a total of 4 hours) did not have head restraints. We were satisfied with the trip to Oman.

The most unpleasant thing is to look at other camps that are more equipped and beautiful and at cars that really make extreme trips through the dunes, we talked with people who bought a tour for $ 45, who also rode camels and snowboards for free. It turns out that we overpaid so much just to sit alone in the car and ride non-extreme buggies at all , it would have been better if we had gone for $ 45 , at least the price was justified there .
