They were in early June 2025. One of the advantages is its spacious and clean beach; three pools, lots of sun beds and a comfortable, tidy hotel area; free shuttle service to the Dubai Mall several times a day, round trip; excursions are very different, you can choose on the ground floor next to the reception. Out of the surprises: the windows in the rooms do not open, only the ventilation system / air conditioning, things dry for a long time; we had a buffet, BUT please note -there are NUANCES in drinks -on the beach, in the lobby any drink and food is charged, water from 20 dirhams, Coca Cola from 35 dirhams per glass. For dinner, only Water is free of charge. It is not clear for the stated 5 stars. Check-in later, from 3 p.m., please note who is with children. The buffet is a good choice for breakfast. The dinner of your choice is much more modest . Therefore, the main menu will come to the rescue, where they will prepare any dish for you to order, tasty and beautiful, but for a fee. This is one of the most affordable hotels in Palma. As a big plus, the staff is very helpful. You can come up with any question, everything is solved instantly. We are currently staying at the hotel. Everything is on the level. I read a lot of reviews and had doubts about the beach and food. But no, in fact everything is great. There are small patches of shells in the water, the beach itself is covered with Maldivian sand, fine. There are always sun beds. 3 pools, with water that cools, and one pool is warmer, the other is cooler. The food is simply beyond praise. I'm surprised that people wrote in the reviews that it was the same thing and they got bored and had nothing to choose. You can order a la carte from the menu, they are cooked from under the knife. Delicious!!! Some days there is a buffet, there are oysters, crabs, and gorgeous meat, and brie cheese, with mold, and handmade desserts, and smoothies. The food is simply gorgeous! Who is with children, a very nice kids' club, it is small, 2 hours a day for free, but there are very good teachers here, I quietly left a 4-year-old with them. There is also a free shuttle service to the Fairmont Hotel, to the mall of emirates, dubai mall. The only negative, for me personally. You can't dry things on the balcony. None at all. It was a problem for us. In the bathroom, things dry for 2 days, and in the dryer, in which they advise drying things, they deteriorate!

I recently stayed at this Palm Jumeirah hotel and was very satisfied. The location is excellent, with views of the bay on one side and the city on the other. The rooms are spacious, with modern design and panoramic windows. I especially liked the infinity pool with red umbrellas and sun beds, a real oasis for relaxation. The beach is clean and well maintained, it's nice to spend time by the water. Envy Restaurant offers a varied menu, and the morning breakfast was especially delicious. We had a rest from July 6 to July 20, 2024. The hotel exceeded expectations. Very friendly restaurant staff, reception staff try to help with any request. The kids' club is great. I liked the fitness room, good exercise equipment, clean, tidy. The food is very tasty in the restaurant. The fish for lunch is amazing! San Sebastian's cheesecake is bombastic! We had a room on the 1st floor with access to the garden, but after a couple of days ants began to crawl out of the garden to us. The room was replaced with a room on the 6th floor with a gorgeous view. A plate of fruit was brought as a compliment from the hotel. Among the wishes: to remove the ban on drying things on the balcony. They take a very long time to dry in the room. And 1 drying rope is not enough for a family with children.

I am very upset about my stay at this hotel. A lot of questions about the restaurant in the hotel. Dirty cups and plates, as seen there for the first time in Dubai. Everything is delicious, especially salads, risotto with truffle, pizza and desserts. The drinks were juices, pepsi, wine - we had enough of everything, we didn't pay extra for anything. Room cleaning. There was perfect cleanliness every day, except for the glass on the balcony, but these are small things. Number.
