Don't take the office from the second floor, there's never a decent bathroom, it always stinks and the people working on the second floor are pigs. + In addition, people come down from the third floor to use the bathroom on the second floor, so you will never find an empty toilet in the bathroom. It's impossible to even go in and just wash your hands at the sink because of the stench there.

An interesting business center. Far from Class A, but with underground Parking, comfortable offices, of which the most interesting options are on the first and fourth floors. There are meeting rooms and a cafe.
