There are actually two beaches of Al Khan. The first one is closer to the aquarium, the second one is just behind the Lu-Lu hotel. There is 250 m between them. Since Al Khan 2 was closer to our hotel, we swam on it. Unlike the first one, it's not as crowded and the water is cleaner. The disadvantages include the lack of umbrellas and sun beds on this beach.
