A very authentic Tea House. A wonderful shurpa with a pumpkin in a pot. Lamb shish kebab on solid 4. To understand why, for me, lamb is the standard on the Chorsu market. What surprised me was that almost nowhere in Ferghana does they serve achik chuchuk salad. Instead, they give sliced cabbage. Boiled kazy is served on the street in front of the establishment.
