A neat bank office with normal staff.However, I would not call the service fast. There is an ATM, a terminal for payment (including cash) and a terminal for depositing proceeds.

I visited this office in the morning today (there was an urgent need to top up my account through the terminal), the working time is from ten in the morning - I arrived at thirty-five minutes past nine. Despite the open office and my request to go to a meeting and give the opportunity to use the terminal inside due to the urgent need to replenish the account (the external terminal did not work for a technical reason), I received a categorical refusal. They are right, but humanly speaking, an extremely unpleasant aftertaste remains. I had to leave and look for a terminal working near at that time.

They called themselves, offering the service and recorded it at 15:20, but when they arrived, the terminal for issuing coupons was not working, there was a huge queue, the only employee in a slightly rude form said "I can't help you, do what you want." The call to the bank also did not give anything (literally, "Is there anything you can do/do in this situation?" - "we only provide consulting services, but we are "sincerely" sorry").
