Hello everyone. My family and I booked a junior suite cottage for four days. But on the very first day, we found cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. And the cleanliness in the cottage and in the kitchen is also at a low level. And we left this place on the first day. Of course, the air there is very clean, but the conditions leave much to be desired. The staff are very kind people, but we need to improve their skills. So far, it's pulling in 2 stars.

But the administration of the recreation area forbids visiting their relatives after 19:00 what kind of stupidity I do not know, it does not seem to be a hospital or a quarantine zone. There is no regulation for anyone!!! By the way, my parents said the air conditioner is not working. And they didn 't tell us when paying!!!
