From 11/15/25 to 11/24/25 we had a rest at the RIU DUBAI hotel. We liked everything very much. The food is excellent, the beach is good (by the way, the Europeans occupy the first row of sun beds and do not come to the beach until lunch). The sea is clear, there are fish, a turtle has been seen 3 times. The hotel is slightly shabby, but everything is very clean, everything works. The room was taken with a view of the line consciously. The construction didn't bother us at all. However, as well as the planes that took off over the hotel. The air conditioning is individual in the room, so you could adjust everything yourself. Water sports (catamarans, saps, kayaks) are provided free of charge, you must register using a qr code. I will recommend the hotel, we were satisfied with our stay. The only thing I lacked were 3 things: disposable slippers, body lotion (yes, I somehow got used to everything being provided in hotels where I rest) and drying on the balcony.

The hotel is a 16-20-minute drive from Barj Khalifa and 35-40 from the Marina. I ordered a Yandex taxi and paid through the app. (Yandex has only business - other things will not arrive) It comes out the same as the local taki at the hotel. The choice is yours. We are currently staying at this hotel, the staff is wonderful, the weather is wonderful. The food is great, there is a huge assortment, there is everything from meat and seafood, different cuisine. This is not the first time in the UAE, but December is great for me in terms of the weather, there is no extreme heat, you can swim in the sea and sunbathe. There are many foreign citizens in the hotel (Germans, Poles, French, Spaniards), but this does not prevent you from relaxing, everything is basically decent and kind.There is a small water park, 3 pools, additional restaurants. One disadvantage is that there is no infrastructure nearby, construction is underway, but this does not interfere, everything is calm and quiet. There were no aircraft flights near the airport. I recommend the hotel, I really liked it.

A trip to the city center within 1,500 rubles. I liked the Outlet in terms of shopping. It takes 40 minutes to drive, but it's worth it. When buying smartphones, we issued free taxes. The tax was refunded in cash at the airport, easily and quickly. Souvenirs are cheaper to buy in the street shops of Deira. I was carrying local currency from Moscow. As it turned out, it was sometimes more profitable to buy it for euros in Dubai shopping malls. The heat is easier to bear than in Turkey, there is no high humidity. I wish you all a good rest.

The room was on the 5th floor, but it overlooked the roof of the reception and it felt like it was on the 3rd. Partial sea view, we liked it. In the hotel, all the windows of the rooms overlook the sea at least partially, only the corridors are facing the road. The main restaurant is large, there is always a place. The choice of food is huge, for every taste. Even the child found something to feed - porridge in the morning, if you add sugar and salt to it, chicken soup, different pasta, cutlets, mashed potatoes. Well, pizza, French fries, nuggets, burgers, onion rings, desserts for every taste, ice cream, waffles and pancakes with nutella and syrups, fruits. Seafood up to oysters, Asian, Oriental, European cuisines. You leave the hotel, there are several pools at once. There are slides for children and adults. In one of the pools, aquafitness was held daily to music and running on a mat on the water - it was fun. Just beyond the pools is the sea, the entrance is gentle, the water is clean and very warm in August, like fresh milk. And due to the fact that the air temperature is 40 degrees, it is not at all cold to get out of the water. Lifeguards are always on duty at the beach and near the pools. Towels, sun beds, umbrellas are enough. The beach is spacious, sandy, regularly cleaned - stripes on the sand are visible and clean, there are not much wildlife, a few small fish and starfish. Once a jellyfish was carried out. There is a construction site next to the hotel, but if you don't look, you don't feel anything at all, there was no noise. Planes are constantly taking off from the airport above the hotel, but this did not bother us - the windows are well muffled in the room, and it is interesting to look at airplanes on the street and calms those who are afraid to fly like us before the flight)) From 8 to 9 p.m., the bar hosts mini-discos for children, sometimes themed. Adult shows start at 9, we went to bed tired after the mini-disco. There is always something to eat in the sports bar and several billiard tables. We only went to the main restaurant, we didn't go to Lebanese and Italian, we were too lazy to book. The bars and restaurant serve alcohol, we liked cocktails, especially mojitos, you can order it with or without alcohol. Every day is a new cocktail of the day. But you can order any one. In bars, they always eat water and water with lemon or other citrus fruits. And pepsi, cola, sprite, juice. We did not take excursions, we went to the city by taxi ourselves. Dubai Mall is interesting to see, there is a fountain with divers and a huge aquarium with sharks, rays and other marine life. The entrance for three turned out to be about 22 thousand rubles, but you can watch it for free from the outside. The area near Burj Khalifa is very beautiful, we saw singing fountains and bought ice cream for a child from a cheerful ice cream maker for 35 dirhams, a fun show is included :) You can call a taxi from the hotel using the careem application, but it was easier to just take the first free one back, because to find the one that was called and explain in English where we are It was not easy to search, especially without knowing the city.
