Nice hotel, clean rooms and grounds, lots of greenery, helpful receptionists, very varied and delicious food, good alcohol. The rooms are cleaned every day, the bar is refilled every other day (it is free, but without alcohol). We are very pleased with the hotel, it is located near the airport, to Buj Khalifa (to the center of Dubai) by taxi with a child safety seat 88 dirhams, and back the same amount (via the Yandex go application, Russian cards linked to the account work). We arrived around 9 a.m. (check-in at 3 p.m.), we were immediately given bracelets, shown where to swim, change clothes, and immediately go to breakfast. Since my child and I are 10 months old, the receptionist immediately said that she would try to check us in early as soon as the room appeared (she would send us an email), we did not have time to have breakfast, as an email had already arrived that we could check in (at 10 o'clock). It made me very happy. The room is clean, there is a safe, air conditioning, they immediately put a cot in our room, the sound insulation is good, although planes flew by every 30 seconds, but the sound is almost inaudible. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and varied, there is a lot of seafood, the waiters immediately bring a child's chair and ask what you will drink. There are 3 alakart restaurants, registration via the app or at the reception the day before the visit. There are 2 medium-sized pools with a water bar and the third is just a long pool without a bar. From the end of the building there are two children's water playgrounds and a water park fenced off from playgrounds, and cool slides. The alcohol on the water bars is good, but the waiters rarely go down there, it's easier to get out of the pool and approach the bar from the side of the sun beds (from the sushi))). In the hotel near the administration, at the entrance to the bar there is an information board where you can watch the evening entertainment program at the bar, the animation for adults is weak, but there are a lot of tables, you can sit in a company, chat, drink and snacks (sandwiches, fruits). The children's animation (next to the bar) is normal, at least we were able to attract all the children and let the adults relax without children. There are a lot of families with children staying at the hotel. In general, we are satisfied with the hotel, we can put a 5 with a minus-minus for the animation and a minus for the fact that one of the days when we left for a walk in the center for the whole day, upon arrival we found that the safe was open and the password was reset, as nothing was missing (there were documents, 500 dollars between them and gold earrings) did not complain to the administration... I think if there was more money, we could easily pull out a couple of bills and no one would notice or prove anything (this is a common practice in Dubai)

The tax was refunded in cash at the airport, easily and quickly. Souvenirs are cheaper to buy in the street shops of Deira. I was carrying local currency from Moscow. Well, pizza, French fries, nuggets, burgers, onion rings, desserts for every taste, ice cream, waffles and pancakes with nutella and syrups, fruits. Seafood up to oysters, Asian, Oriental, European cuisines. You leave the hotel, there are several pools at once. There are slides for children and adults. In one of the pools, aquafitness was held daily to music and running on a mat on the water - it was fun. Just beyond the pools is the sea, the entrance is gentle, the water is clean and very warm in August, like fresh milk. And due to the fact that the air temperature is 40 degrees, it is not at all cold to get out of the water. Lifeguards are always on duty at the beach and near the pools. Towels, sun beds, umbrellas are enough. The beach is spacious, sandy, regularly cleaned - stripes on the sand are visible and clean, there are not much wildlife, a few small fish and starfish. Once a jellyfish was carried out. There is a construction site next to the hotel, but if you don't look, you don't feel anything at all, there was no noise. Planes are constantly taking off from the airport above the hotel, but this did not bother us - the windows are well muffled in the room, and it is interesting to look at airplanes on the street and calms those who are afraid to fly like us before the flight)) From 8 to 9 p.m., the bar hosts mini-discos for children, sometimes themed. Dubai Mall is interesting to see, there is a fountain with divers and a huge aquarium with sharks, rays and other marine life.
