Great hotel, great view, friendly staff. Of the disadvantages, we got into the moment of turning off the water in the city, the boiler in the hotel could not cope, the water was cold. A 5-star hotel. The restaurant is a quiet horror, breakfast was included, it's up to 10. We arrived at 09.20, everything is cold, the tables are dirty. They asked for salt three times, they went to get the napkins themselves, one person was probably hiding behind the counter, and that was it. We managed to catch the last two cold pancakes on the 5th and thanks for that. The restaurant and the attitude are 3 of course.

The hotel is located on the banks of the Tobol River. Not far from the city center. View of the embankment and the walking area below by the river. The biggest plus of the hotel. The combination of price and quality is justified. The rooms with the reception go down, opposite the reception is a restaurant. And it hosts festive events until 12 o'clock. This is immediately warned upon check-in. If the music keeps you awake or you don't use earplugs, this place won't suit you. The room is clean, which has already been renovated, but has not been brought to a logical end. There were traces of an old hammer, and an old socket hole was left in the wall behind the headboard. In summer, there are a lot of midges on the street in the evening, and there is no grid on the windows, keep this in mind when traveling. The towels are clean, but have been used in the hotel for a long time. You can park at the entrance to the hotel, the parking lot is illuminated and under video surveillance. Breakfast is very simple, you will not stay hungry, but without frills. Mors is served from the evening feast, it does not taste the best. Coffee, tea, water from other drinks. I can recommend it as an inexpensive place to spend the night for 1-2 nights. And walk along the embankment in the evenings, watch the fountains with light accompaniment.

It's very ambiguous. The managers will forgive me, I will write down the cons, because the pros are like in any hotel. The first disadvantage was that when I arrived, I had to prepare clothes the next day, they brought an ironing board with foam sticking out and a burnt iron that stuck to any fabric. Then there was a shower: the watering can sticks out high from the wall, so you can't rinse everywhere normally, only substituting different parts of the body under the stream. How the shower was regulated is a separate story, cold water poured on me, which flowed for a long time to become warm. Breakfast is quite good, you can warm it in the microwave, which has cooled down. Room cleaning: on the first day I used a shoe spoon, after cleaning it disappeared. It's strange, of course, but I needed her. The staff is excellent, the girls at the reception are smart, the waiters at the breakfast restaurant are friendly, it is very pleasant to communicate. The overall impression is not bad, but now I will ask everywhere about the shower - on a long hose, or not. It's a matter of principle for girls. And yet: the windows of the room overlooked the transformer booth, a constant hum. It's not loud, but when it subsides, you realize: here it is happiness, here it is silence🙂

We booked 2 rooms with one double bed through booking, but we went in a crowd))) there were 5 adults, 1 teenager and 3 children, we were provided with cots without any problems and without additional payment! I was very surprised. Breakfast is included, we had a very tasty breakfast in the beautiful restaurant at the hotel. There is an embankment nearby, ideal for walking, there are different shops along the embankment, where you can rent bicycles and some others (but they were closed, apparently it was not the season). The only thing nearby is a football field where locals play football late at night, our windows just looked out that way and it was a little noisy, but we were very tired and the noise did not prevent us from falling asleep.

A child weighing 45 kg from any movement, the sofa creaked and screamed and this is a huge discomfort. It's comfortable for two people. The bed is comfortable and high. the mattress is super. we have been here 2 times. There is no watering can in the shower either, only top watering, which is very inconvenient. The light bulb in the bathroom doesn't heat up yet - it blinks irritatingly. In general, it's time to update everything! The tile is cracked, the sink is also like in a "spider web", the window does not close well (I regretted that I decided to ventilate) In short, if I hadn't come on a business trip and after a hard day's work we hadn't arrived at 22, and we hadn't left at 8:30 for work again, I would have put on a look, but I just didn't have the strength! The hotel itself is normal, but everything is spoiled by the restaurant which is located on the ground floor. Due to the lack of sound insulation, it will not be possible to relax in the room. I stayed for two nights, and on weekdays, all the time there was noise, songs, drunken guests. The hotel administration can't do anything. So if you want to spend the nights in silence, choose another hotel.

Yes, audibility may be one of the disadvantages, but it didn't bother us. Near the embankment, the view is excellent on the river, you can walk. For children, there is a Mahito (entertainment center) on the embankment, there is a large playground for children, they let them play for free. We were at this hotel in the middle of July. We really liked the hotel. The room is beautiful, cozy and clean. We cleaned up every day, the towels were like in a 4* hotel, 4 full towels per person!!!! It's very cool! The view is beautiful - on the embankment. The only disadvantage is that it is removed from the city center, so there are no shops / cafes nearby. But, since Kostanay is small, this is not such a fundamental disadvantage for the hotel. If we are in Kostanay, we will definitely check in here

I'm lowering my rating for breakfast… Breakfast is from 08:00 to 10:00, we arrived at 09:00, there are no clean plates, I had to ask the waiter, the choice of dishes is very modest and everything is cold, respectively, not tasty. The pastries (pancakes, casserole, some kind of cupcake) were stale. For some reason, the tea was only green.
