In the end, we went to figure it out, the rhetoric has changed, but just write a statement. In general, an administrator in the 7th Continent does not know how to communicate with people, nor does he perform his duties as an administrator. At the same time, the child can be said not to have accepted as a client at all. The whole family unsubscribed. I don't recommend it if you don't want to be beholden to the club.
