Terrible service. The furniture was ordered in early November, and the contract specifies a deadline of 50 days. After 6 weeks, they started calling on their own, we were informed that the furniture was not ready yet, they would not be in time. After the expiration of the contract, a call was received with information that the furniture was defective, and a new batch would be made in 2 weeks. We were told by phone today that the furniture will be ready by the end of January, but it will be delivered from BREST to MINSK only in mid-February.
For moral damage, only free shipping is offered WITHOUT lifting to the floor. We are not talking about additional discounts. All this despite the fact that there was a full prepayment at the time of signing the contract.

I ordered furniture from a store in Stiklyovo. When ordering, they said that they had to wait a month. The contract specifies 60 days. 60 days have passed and no one has called. Until she called, no movement. When the cabinet was assembled, it turned out that the hinge holes in one wall were made lower than in the second. The handles for the cabinet came in a different color. We sent all the photos to the representative. They said to wait from 10 days to a month. A month later, I called, they said that the sidewall was already in the car. 2 more weeks have passed.... Disgusting staff work. No one answers for anything. Everyone absolutely does not care if they have a client or not.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!

In May, I left an online application, the specialist called back and said that such furniture was not available, I had to wait 3 months, I agreed and left my data, waited conscientiously and calmly for 3 months, then called, but it turned out that the wall was either in stock, or it was not there, I called and talked for another half a month with a girl and she told me that the wall would be here tomorrow, but it turned out that she was confused and thought that she had not been talking to me all this time, but there was no contract and the wall was not made ... and it would be made only by the new year (this is again 3 months), other walls were offered in stock but they 2 times more expensive ... in short, it's a complete horror, I haven't encountered this yet, this is the first time I'm writing a review.
