Not a bad apartment hotel. The staff is polite, everything is clean and beautiful, without chic, but neat and high-quality. We settled in without any problems, but all the information (food, pool, etc.) was given orally (in English). Naturally, we didn't remember half of it and had to ask later - we could have made a paper memo with all the important information. The room is not bad. A good bed, but the sockets and lighting are made thoughtlessly. For example, the sockets were only on one side of the bed, which is not convenient in terms of charging the phone. There is very little room for things in the room. In fact, there is simply no full-fledged closet. I had to leave my things in my suitcases, which is not very convenient. The rest of the rooms are good, everything you need is there. There is a swimming pool on the roof. Small, but quite enough to freshen up on a hot day - we liked it. There is a beach, sun beds and umbrellas, towels are provided. Good breakfasts. Only there are few tables and sometimes there is a queue for breakfast because of this. The dinner is very modest, but you will not stay hungry. In general, everything was fine with us, we had a great rest.

There is a monorail within walking distance and Nakhel Mall is a ten-minute walk away.

We had a rest with our family at the apart-hotel "Adagio". We have never chosen an apartment before and we were not mistaken. A very pleasant impression, every employee of the hotel is an ornament. The food is delicious. It's convenient that they made a menu, not a buffet.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, I couldn't stand it anymore!)
Of the advantages: the room stock is new, modern, well cleaned. The very location of the hotel is the very center of Palma, Nakhil Mall is a 15-minute walk away, there is an Indian supermarket with cheap products nearby (there is everything you need, but with little-known manufacturers, a la Traffic Light), I went out and walked along the embankment, in the center of the traffic itself.
There is a private beach line with a picturesque view of the JBR. But only sun beds, umbrellas and sand. There is no bar on the beach.
Cons: a miniature pool on the roof, there is very little space and it is simply unrealistic to lie down there, it feels like the sun beds are booked a week and a half before visiting this hotel))
There is a gym, but just for show. Everything is very miniature.
It's the same story with breakfast. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a cafe with a buffet, which is not designed for the number of hotel guests. Because of this, there is an eternal fuss and endless queues. Therefore, it will be faster to go to the Indian store opposite, cook in your room, making a fire from a chair and a couch (do not worry about the firefighters, because of their slowness, rescuers will arrive just by the end of your vacation) than it is tedious to expect a vacant table.

Good afternoon. I am writing this review upon my return from this hotel. What can I say? The room stock is excellent. The rooms are luxurious, there is a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a coffee machine, capsules were updated every day. But as for nutrition, no. We took 3 meals a day and what we got: breakfast - everything is fine, Buffet, there was porridge, pancakes, waffles, all kinds of fried eggs, sausages, croissants, muffins and a bunch of delicious things. All kinds of coffee were made on request.
But lunches and dinners are more deplorable. They brought a menu with two options for the first, three options for the second and two types of dessert. You choose a dish from each category. They cooked delicious, but sometimes they stayed hungry, since the name of the dish does not always correspond to the filling. And dinner is the same menu that was at lunch. On the plus side, the menu was changed every day. Drinks are free, only water, the rest is for an additional fee.money. But there is a bonus: on Fridays, for 60 dirhams per person, you can get a chic buffet where there were freshly grilled seafood (all kinds of fish, shrimp, crabs, lobster, oysters). There were sushi, but they are for an amateur, and their soy sauce is very different from ours, sour.
Now the sea..... Well, it's a nightmare!!!! We were in July and the water temperature was above 40 degrees!!! I didn't want to swim at all. Moreover, due to the fact that the beach is located on the inner side of the "Palm Tree", the water is stagnant, a pile of algae, dead fish on the beach in the morning, which escape only by 12:00 in the afternoon. The smell - well, you know. Water with a green tint.
The pool is shallow and small. There is not enough space for everyone, if you come after 11:00, there will definitely be no places with umbrellas, and we were out of season, what is happening in the season, it's scary to think.
One of the advantages of this hotel is the staff!!! It's just great!!! The waiters are handsome!!! They always quickly found places to sit, brought coffee and water with lightning speed, they will tell you everything and advise you on the dishes on the menu. Another plus is that there is a large shopping center nearby, which can be reached in 10 minutes. There is a grocery store within a 2-minute walk from the hotel, but you can only buy in it for dirhams.
There is a promenade near the hotel where you can take a walk in the evening.
And yet, it is better not to change dollars at the hotel, but to walk to the shopping center, where the exchange rate is better.
Also, upon check-in, you give a deposit of 680 dirhams, and you returned 520 dirhams back, the difference is the tourist fee. You can give them in dollars, but they will be returned in dirhams upon eviction.
That's probably all. So think before you go there. There are a lot of good hotels in Dubai with a gorgeous sea and a nice beach.

The only negative is the view from the room, we have a side view of the sea, where there is only a strip from the sea… I understand that this is due to the location of the building, it stands right behind the Radisson, so most rooms probably have this view. For me, this is not a critical minus, the beach is close, the view and service on the beach are at a height!

As a result, at 5 a.m. I stand at the reception for a check-out, the family is already in a taxi and the manager tells me that there is a scratch on the cooking stove in the apartment and they estimate it at 4,250 dirhams. At that time, no one scratched her from the residents. And there is no guarantee that it was not there at check-in, just as there is no guarantee that it was not done by the staff during the cleaning. But seeing that I was late for the plane, they forced me to pay 4,250 dirhams. And they turned from smiling staff into scammers.
Then I communicated with them for a day, asked a relative to go to the hotel, they were scared that they would not leave and would contact the tourism department. To which the manager returned 2,000 dirhams. This at least suggests that if they were really right, they would not have given a penny. Advice to all tourists before arrival, be sure to carefully check all kitchen appliances.

Nice hotel on the 4th floor. Pros -in the room there is a mini kitchen, a washing machine , the sea is 3 minutes away, a rooftop pool , near the metro and shopping center, there is a viewing platform on a palm tree, a beautiful promenade near the sea, delicious breakfasts , settled ahead of time , toys for children in the pool and on the beach
Cons -dirty carpets , not the first freshness of Furniture and a bathroom with stains, nowhere to dry wet things -one hook for a towel)

For 4 stars apartments are the best option! With a kitchen and cooking utensils, a washing machine, a new 21-year-old hotel, downstairs cafes work a la carte and in the morning buffet , pp dishes , a gym, a small pool on the roof of the building with sun loungers around. I recommend it with children . Nearby there is a Naheel mall with a supermarket . Next to the hotel in the neighboring Voco hotel there is also a small supermarket (the machine makes fresh juice from fresh oranges) , its own beach with sun beds and umbrellas , wild boars - free of charge for hotel guests.

We rested in the 3rd with friends in this hotel from May 25, 2023 for 7 days. The location is great, everything is nearby. Beach , shops , exchanger. Nearby is a very cool Golden Mile residential complex, there is just everything there, and you can walk)
Specifically, the hotel is clean, the staff is polite, I didn't like only the breakfasts. Poor enough. I ate an omelet for breakfast every day. Who on the PP has nothing else to eat there. I was very upset that there were no fish.... There was not enough red fish for breakfast. We also had a rest before that in a 4k in a New Hotel, where the breakfasts are simply gorgeous....
There is only one choice: sweet pastries, pancakes, Viennese waffle, fruits, pickles, vegetables, yogurt, porridge....there are cheeses, but not camembert, not brie, not dor blue , the most common Gouda only.... Breakfast upset. The beach is great

I liked the hotel. Probably the first plus is a good location. It takes two minutes to the West Beach embankment, three minutes to the beach, Al Ittihad Park is across the street, Nakheel Mall shopping center is a 15-minute walk away. The embankment includes cafes, restaurants, fountains, evening illumination and a great view of Dubai Marina, a park for evening walks or jogging, a shopping mall for shopping, car rental. The hotel has its own beach with sun beds, towels and we serve according to the restaurant menu. All this is very convenient for recreation.
The rooms are cozy and of high quality, but this is rather the norm for Dubai. Another thing is that somewhere in the Internet City area, the room itself will also be cool, but there is nowhere to get out of it - around the construction site and the road.
Additionally, I will note a good restaurant. First of all, breakfast. In addition to the standard set of pastries-meat-fish from the buffet, there is a breakfast menu where you can choose what will be cooked right now and only for you. There are a lot of exotic fruits that you will not see in every restaurant in Thailand.
The main menu is not to say that it is very large, but it is quite diverse. There are traditional dishes, vegetarian, and fast food (burgers, French fries). Following the fashion for healthy eating, the presence of gluten, lactose, allergens in it is indicated under each dish.
I also note that the hotel has rooms with kitchens. This is convenient if you are going on vacation with children. If desired, you can cook something familiar.
There is a small swimming pool on the roof. By the way, you can see Burj Khalifa and Burj al-Arab from there.
