The clinic is not bad. The building is new and clean enough. The staff is mostly polite. The queues are not long, waiting from 10 minutes to 5 hours (citywide meetings are not uncommon here, the only clinic in the city after all..). The clinic itself is equipped with electronic queues in places (no arguments with grandmothers) and there are benches where to sit, even elevators are working. Comparing with other clinics I've been to, this one is the best. All the negativity is only from the people who crowd here.

To make an appointment for the next one, you need to come in 3 weeks, at 4 a.m., always under the full moon and keep a fast for 4 days (otherwise there will be no coupons). At the same time, despite the fact that the vouchers to the endocrinologist are scheduled for 2 months in advance, there is no rush when you approach the office.
