We entered the store located in the Globo shopping center on May 9 at 19:05. We came in with the dog, the door of the store is open. There is an adult female salesperson at the checkout. We choose what to buy, and I hear from the seller: "we are already closed." And so rude, rude. I reply, "Well, the door to your store is open, so we went in." The answer is, "So what if it's open." I'm shocked. We always went to this store, there were always cute girls selling. Never set foot there again. We lost a regular customer.

A very tactless, boorish woman stands behind the cash register. I came to buy food, despite the fact that I go there every 5 days or so, a regular customer. This time I took Apple Pay instead of a physical card - they almost started yelling at me that "such a card does not work, get a physical one, I've actually been working here for 5 years" Very often, a sign "Left, I'll be back in 20 minutes" hangs inside the working day - you come back after some time, the sign hangs again and the time was extended anew. Mysticism, no other way. I stopped coming here, the staff doesn't care about customers.
