There are no bellboys at the entrance and exit of the hotel. No one is helping to move your things. Watching TV is very boring, streaming is received over the Internet and the image freezes constantly, turns off and restarts. Toiletries are in short supply. He doesn't even have a simple shoe to pull off. There is no pillow menu, pillows are too soft and your head gets buried, you can't sleep. His breakfast is not bad.

The hotel left an extremely negative impression. Let's start with cleanliness — it seems to be considered an unnecessary luxury here. Blood traces were found on the carpet in the room, which in itself is unacceptable for any establishment claiming to be a hotel. Room cleaning is done superficially, and it immediately catches the eye. Most of the guests are patients of the nearest medical clinics. The situation with the numbers was even worse. Initially, we were given a room with a faulty shower door. Moving into the next one, we were faced with the fact that the room smelled of tobacco, despite the fact that he was listed as a non-smoker. We stayed only in the third room because we were tired of moving endlessly and negotiating with the staff. Breakfast is a separate topic. The food clearly leaves much to be desired: the assortment is modest, and the quality is on the verge of acceptable. From the whole set of products, only fruits could be taken — sometimes pears or apples were offered, and that was it. The general feeling is that this is a place where they clearly do not care about comfort and quality of service. I do not recommend it.

I have been staying at this hotel for about 5 years.I have also had problems with my last 3 stays.The quality of service in places.The heating system doesn't work, the TV doesn't work.They make you restless in your room with technical service for 1 hour and then change rooms. Why does a hotel sell a room that is not ready ? Come on, sold , if the hotel is available, why does the hotel contact you with technical service in your room for 1 hour and then change rooms. This was my last stay.
