A visually harmonious monument ["The sculpture turned out incredibly lively and soulful. Every detail is important here. I want to look at the figures from all sides. Dunin-Marcinkevich reads the libretto and Stanislav Monyushko is born music for a future work – this is a creative union. A symbol of unity – theatrical and poetic lyre"] to the creators of the Belarusian National Classical Opera in the very center of the Upper Town, in the square near the Town Hall.

To my shame, I have not heard or watched Monyushko's operas or read Dunin-Martsinkevich's works. As, most likely, 99% of tourists passing by an interesting monument. Belarusians, especially residents of Minsk, most likely read something and listened to something somewhere. 10 percent. So thanks to the authors for the cultural enlightenment and many thanks for the great mood after visiting the monument, I really liked it! It seems that the figures of the creators are about to start moving and talking!

The monument is dedicated to Vincent Dunin-Marcinkevich and Stanislav Monyushko, who are considered the founders of the Belarusian national opera. The monument reflects the scene of the creative duo where Monyushko writes music, and Dunin-Marcinkevich composes the libretto for the opera.

It's great that Belarusians honor the founding fathers of their Belarusian opera. It's a very atmospheric monument, albeit a small one. To be honest, I was passing by, but I stopped and looked at it. Beautiful composition.

I am not an expert in opera, but I understand that these people have made a significant contribution to Russian art. But the monument looks very good in a small park. I liked. In addition, there is cleanliness, well-groomed and beauty around!

A beautiful monument to the founders of the Belarusian opera. There is a square all around, clean, paths, lawns and the entire territory are well maintained. There are benches, urns. Beautiful views.

The monument to the founders of the Belarusian opera is surrounded by a small park. A well-maintained place, with benches for relaxing. Everything in the center of Minsk is worthy of attention!!!!
