I haven't seen such service for a long time! There are only two cash registers, and the operators in them seem to be just sleeping! Sleepy flies move faster. A room full of people - and they don't open another cash register, and these operators only call the next one in 5 minutes! I've been here for over an hour, and there's no end in sight. The receptionist came out, looked, smiled and... LEFT! Nothing has changed. I came here for the first and last time! I don't recommend it to you either

There are frequent failures in the bank's systems ((2 branches were closed and they did not warn about it.
