In general, such a download with such a price tag is a dream for any coffee shop. But it is clear that the owner apparently decided to play economic games and lost. The old staff is gone, and the new one consists of some Soviet aunts with the appropriate attitude to work and clients. It's a problem to remember who made the order and who didn't.
