Hello everyone I want to share my story of contacting the ReMobile mobile phone and laptop repair service center, which is located on the second floor of the Module shopping center. 07.11.2021 I contacted the ReMobile service center in order to repair my phone, in which the matrix flowed. Initially, the employee announced to me the repair cost of 165 rubles, because he said that my frame was bent, and its restoration usually leads to a breakdown. I agreed and made an advance payment of 60 rubles. The employee took the phone and asked for the access code. I informed him. After that, he asked me to return the phone so that I could change it, because the phone has important information for me, including banking applications. He offered to carry out the check in my presence. An hour later, I returned for the phone. I was given it with a protective film and elastic bands so that the glue would grip well. They reported that the frame was not changed because it was not found. Therefore, the total cost was 140 rubles. In my presence, an employee conducted a diagnosis of the device and gave it to me along with the warranty card. I deposited the remaining 80 rubles. The warranty card stated that I had replaced the display module marked “ORIGINAL". After 4 hours, I took off the rubber bands and protective film and found a blue spot on the display. A little later, while actively typing, the problem came out that the touchscreen was not working well. Characters are not always printed when typing. I also noticed that the HUAWEI logo, which I had earlier, is missing from the display. I turned back. I was told that in 2-3 days they would change to another one.
During this time, I contacted a couple more service centers in Minsk to find out the cost there and what the original display should look like. They told me the numbers from 75 rubles to 125 rubles. The most common figure was 100 rubles, which is an order of magnitude cheaper than in ReMobile.
At the same time, in one of the service centers, I was informed of the following information: The manufacturer (we are talking about HUAWEI, most likely with others as well) does not allow anyone to install original spare parts during repair except for official service centers (they announced the amount of 270 rubles to me there). I was also informed that everything that is installed in ordinary (non-official) centers is:
1. A copy of Class A (Of the lowest quality. Without a logo.)
2. A copy of the AAA class (There may be a logo, but not always.)
3. The original. (The original matrix, and the glass can be a copy.)
4. The original from the disassembly used. (The phone was in use. They can be sent from abroad.)
That's it! Original new spare parts can only be installed by official service centers, and everything else is either a used original or a copy, or one of the components can be a copy and the other is the original. I could not determine exactly which display was installed for me, but it was clearly defective.
When I came to replace the display for the second time, I asked to see which display they wanted me to install. I was shown 2 modules that had scratches and signs of reuse. I asked if these were the original new modules or not. The staff assured me that these are original and new modules. When asked if they have documents confirming the purchase, they did NOT give me an affirmative answer, but gave me a phone so that I could talk to the owner of the point. There was a long conversation, during which he claimed to me that the module was really original, they were just imported from other countries and did not put a logo. However, he no longer claimed that it was NEW, but operated on the fact that they give a 6-month warranty. I said I don't need a phone for 6 months. After much deliberation, I offered to refund my money. Initially, he suggested that I remove their module and stay without a display at all, because they had already thrown out my old one. But I insisted that I keep their installed module, and they returned the full cost. The owner eventually agreed and I was refunded 140 rubles. I do not have any claims to the service center now, but I do not recommend contacting anyone, because even if we assume that they still put the original, but used, then a similar “repair”, even taking into account the road, is much cheaper in Minsk. And you can also submit a request for Onliner.Services (I was not paid anything for advertising). All the masters there have ratings and reviews. That's where I actually found the service center, where they explained everything to me in detail. Also on the Online site, I was found by another service center from Molodechno, where I was honestly told that they were putting a copy. Thanks! Good mood to everyone!

She asked me to fix the laptop, the tire cracked a little. I thought they would change it for 70 rubles, but they broke off a piece (initially there was just a crack) filled it with glue, after a couple of days everything came off. I asked to change the tire, I was even ready to pay extra, but they just filled it with glue again. We also almost lost our charging. The result: 70 rubles in total and went to another master to change the tire.
I have photos of their imperfections.
