I am extremely happy with my work! my jacket was torn and I figured out that it could be hidden with details. we decided to take pieces of fabric from the inside pockets and make ribbons with half rings, just like ski jackets, this is practiced as a functional element, but on the whole it turned out very harmoniously, as if it were the case from the beginning. I advise everyone to bring my vintage jacket back to life! the photo shows the problem before work.

I am very disappointed with the service. I asked on the phone in advance if they could steam the dress. I was confirmed that yes, I even sent a photo to make sure everything fits. After that, I came specially, spending a total of an hour on the road. However, they unexpectedly refused to steam me on the spot, with some kind of biased attitude and without trying to offer a solution. It is very unpleasant that employees make one promise on the phone, but in fact they act differently. A waste of time and a completely ruined impression of the studio.
