We came to the store. When buying ice cream, we were told that it does not break through, take another one. But it turns out that the whole party is not making its way, and we have to take something else altogether. And even with such an expression on our face that it was our fault, and we said that we wanted to buy exactly this, as a result, the purchase did not take place.
But the second situation pissed me off. There were milk powder candies on top of the counter, each type in a separate box and, accordingly, there were price tags next to it. I started to take them accordingly to pay, but they started raising their voice at me that "you can't touch these candies!", "don't touch". As for me, if the sweets are on the counter, and even with price tags, then they are for sale. And it is in the interests of the sellers themselves that I buy them. It turns out that somewhere behind the counter at the bottom there were boxes with them, from where the seller, upon request, could dial and weigh them. So the question arises why put them on the counter?, behave with customers as if the store is their home, disgusting service.

The layout of the store is very unfortunate: queues are almost always there, there is no way to take something on your own and come to the checkout. Due to the queues, it is not possible to view the entire assortment in the storefronts.
