The horror hotel. I would really like people not to make my mistake. Pay extra (if necessary) and take some, but do not take this hotel. On the resources, Sahara's score is more than 7 points, which prompted me to agree to this misunderstanding. We had a rest in November 2022. The hotel resembles a three-piece. Towels for 2 persons 2 pcs. For the legs and for the face there is no. The food is monotonous, terrible. More or less just dinner. What are teaspoons and fruit appliances here do not know. Room cleaning is how lucky you are. The rooms are shabby. Of the advantages, this is a beach, not big, the entrance is comfortable.

Clean - both in the rooms and on the territory.The water in the sea is beautiful.By food - apparently this is the specifics of hotel catering throughout the UAE (forget about the Turkish-Egyptian 5 * abundance).Everything is much more modest here - but no one will die of hunger and the chef is trying to diversify the menu.It is wonderful that the 1st line is a small territory, but for those who have little space, there is a large public beach nearby.To the center of the city - half an hour at a leisurely pace.Quiet and quiet hotel

Very nice hotel.I liked everything.There is a Russian-speaking manager at the reception, always ready to help with any questions.The rooms are large, cozy, Cleaning is regular, the bathrooms have good toiletries that were regularly replenished.The restaurant is well prepared (the chefs are Russian and Azerbaijani), the menu is quite diverse.The beach is small, it is annoying that another hotel uses the beach, i.e. there are a lot of vacationers and there are not enough sunbeds.There is a supermarket near the hotel.I will be happy to go to this hotel again.

The hotel is quite normal.for a relaxing holiday quite.they took breakfast and dinner in the end, they took lunch instead of dinner.the food is good.but the choice is not great, we had dinner 1 time there was not much.the internet is free and works well everywhere.the beach is clean.there are enough sun beds.towels are provided.well, it's not 5.4-shops are nearby.the rooms are clean.cleaned every day.don't be afraid to take private excursions.TV, Russian channels.5 pcs somewhere.holodidnik.free safe.condey.hair dryer.toothbrushes give paste.slippers.

We rested with my husband from October 3 to October 13, 2019 The hotel is very clean - the rooms are large and cleaning every day - the beach is not big but we are less clean, but the water is just lovely, I don't want to go out The hotel is designed purely for a quiet and relaxing holiday - there is nothing to do with children there - only the beach and the pool and outside the store next to nothing , Food is a huge minus - it doesn 't even pull for 3 * ( we had breakfast - lunch and dinner taken ) Who does not care about the food , the rest is fine to eat , you can go by free buses to the shopping center . And another inconvenience - the water in the taps is pretty hot - there is simply no cold - but it may get colder and the water will not be so hot - sometimes you won't even wash very hot

I don't recommend it. Although it is written 5 stars, but that was when it was called Royal beach, now it is an overbought hotel and it is not monitored at all. There is nothing to eat: we went to neighboring restaurants (Kazan is much tastier) we had breakfast and dinner. There is no choice. Basically it is: rice, pasta, fish and chicken. Everything. At breakfast, they also add oil to all this. In the evening, if you return late from the tour (40 minutes before the restaurant closes) and there is no food, there is no ONE REPORTING ANYTHING at all and laying out more than 1 time for the entire dinner on trays. Don't have time-your problems, eat what's left (sauces or bread). I couldn't influence it in any way. The rooms are not cleaned, only the bed is made, shampoos are reported. They asked me to bring an iron. They brought a burnt black one (if they hadn't looked, they would have ruined the white shirt in the trash). They asked 2 times to vacuum the room, 2 times they did not do it normally. The Russian girl at the reception works so that the dish does not move at all.. it's like she's being forced to work there. If you want a hotel with a better beach, take Lulu beach (Lou Lou beach), you will not propagandize👍 Either sitymax to burdubai-they take you to almamzar beach there, and the food and the hotel are much better. I will never go to the Sahara again and I will not advise you.

I didn't like the food. All the food is monotonous and the choice is very small. The choice for dinner consisted of 6-7 hot dishes (corn-dry; mushrooms; potatoes; baked vegetables-carrots, broccoli; fish and meat). Of the fruits, there were only apples and oranges. A container with coffee is put up for breakfast. There was only one of the declared 3 restaurants. It is not clear why there is a tent and a barbecue on the beach. During the 12 days of my stay, I have never seen them work. The rooms, the cleaning and the location of the hotel are good.

I liked the location on the first coastline, 80% of the vacationers were from Russia. Since I am a smoker, I put a plus for the permission to smoke without getting up from the chaise longue. In general, the staff was not very happy with their work and this sometimes affected the quality of room cleaning. Also, during the rest, the tablecloths on the tables in the restaurant were changed once at the end of the week, in general, there was a feeling of unsanitary conditions. The rooms have only one adapter to the outlet, we absolutely lacked this for three phones, a tablet, a watch and headphones. Wi-Fi in the room and on the territory of the hotel is free, this is a plus. In general, the staff was friendly to the vacationers, well, that's understandable, we have nothing to do with the fact that the hotel has a fourth change of owners. I put 4 points for the former merits of the first owner and the location on the first coastline.
P.S. According to the hotel staff, the new hostess intends to regain her former reputation and raise the level!

The hotel positions itself as a 5-star hotel. Frankly pulls ate ate on 4. Although, who has been to the Emirates for sure know that there is 3 *, as in Turkey 5 *, that is, gorgeous.

1.Beach
+ private beach, no need to go anywhere
- there is an exchange with ships nearby..
2. Food
+very cheap to add to the tour
- a choice of 2 side dishes, 3 hot, 1 soup of the day, 1 juice and water. Darkness. A 5-star hotel - I remind you. Fruits are not sliced (apples, oranges, 1 pineapple) are sadly lying on a platter. There is an arbus and a melon - everything, for 8 days nothing more.
3.Rooms
+large bed and large room
-an antediluvian air conditioner, do not try to understand its work, it works differently everywhere, it makes noise. Very old furniture, 1 time in the bath. There are no windows - one balcony and that one is so dirty that it is better not to touch it at all.
4. Animation
- she's not here. Generally. At all.in the evening, the entrance to the pool and the sea is closed and you will not even go out to stand there. I ate and that's it - to sleep.there's nothing to do.
5. Shops and so on
+ they say there is some kind of grocery nearby.
Conclusion - the hotel does not pull close to 5, very poor food, there are no activities, even any aerobics, I definitely do not recommend it, for this money there are luxury and 3 *.
