The hotel is very tired, there have been no repairs since the opening day, the staff is very friendly, the food is all monotonous, the choice is not big, but you will not stay hungry, the only advantage of this hotel is that the first coastline, the beach is very good, the entrance to the sea is sand everywhere, you need to take sun beds if the family is large at 6 a.m. if later then there will be no more places, but I think it depends on the season, there is no animation at all, as soon as the sun goes down, there is absolutely nothing to go to the hotels, there is nothing nearby, the hotel territory is not illuminated in the evening, it is dark, you have to shine everything with your phone. In general, the hotel is a one-time hotel, we will not go here a second time, but I do not persuade anyone to relax here, this is my personal opinion

This 5-star hotel does not pull from the word at all. We had a rest here from 03.12.2025 to 13.12.2025. The staff is very leisurely, you wait at least 5 minutes for a cocktail ordered at the bar, only a few work faster. The bar in the restaurant is usually closed, and it's not always possible to order through the waiters, and the waiting time for drinks is at least 15 minutes. Several times I got hair in the prepared dishes, of course I didn't want to eat anymore. The quality of alcohol is very low for those who have not paid for the ultra system. Ice cream is free only for children under 12 years old, as if at 14 or 15 they are no longer children, but adults are not allowed at all. The only advantage of this hotel is the beach! The beach is quite large and relatively clean, there are enough umbrellas and sun beds for everyone, there are several for pool lovers, and one is heated and open until 22.00. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired, we do not strive for perfect cleanliness, but when you come from the beach, and there is not a single towel in the room and the next half hour You're trying to separate them, and this is not an isolated incident, but an almost daily one. In short, we definitely won't go to this hotel a second time.
