The rooms have a refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning, everything you need to have a good rest after relaxing by the pool. As always, the service is excellent. Impeccable service. I would like to mention Nikita, the waiter who served us. Attentive and pleasant in communication. Lagman was taken from the menu. Tum Yang, I highly recommend it. We ordered a cocktail for the evening, I recommend that you warn us about this in advance. Since morning. The food is excellent. By the way, the beer was excellent, fresh and with a thick foam. The kitchen has become simply disgusting, the pool at the bottom is peeling, there is no hot water in the rooms. And this is only superficial, if you paint everything, it will be just terrible. It's a pity the base, when we went every weekend with friends and families, after an extreme visit, there was no desire to ever go there at all. If the owner of the base thinks about changing staff, then the situation may change. Now the kitchen is 3/10, rooms are 5/10, the pool is 3/10, the territory is 8/10, the cleanliness of the base is 8/10, the cleanliness of the windows and the upper part of the territory is 1/10.

Beautiful territory, not a very large swimming pool, it's hard to find a free sunbed on weekends. The food in the cafe is delicious, I really liked it, not cheap, but quite affordable. But the atmosphere is uncomfortable, the chairs and tables are all dirty, covered with cobwebs. The recreation center is absolutely not designed for guests with strollers. There are a lot of steps everywhere, I had to constantly pull a stroller with a sleeping child - it was inconvenient. Check-in at 15:00, check-out at 11:00!!! And they couldn't even check us in at 15:00, the room just wasn't ready. We rented a triple room for 79,000 per day - the room is very dirty! This is unacceptable! Burnt floor! The extra bed for the child turned out to be broken, it was impossible to sleep, we had to solve this issue, change it at night. And this is for $200 per day) Unfortunately, the price does not correspond to the quality at all. I won't come back anymore, for that kind of money there are much more decent recreation areas.

In places, ridiculous luxury, the beach is the worst side of the location. The bottom could be made cleaner. Jet skis are driven right where children swim. Breakfast for 3 out of 5. The bed was only nice and big and clean. The toilet is strange, the switch is at knee level.. little things that cause a condescending smile when there is something to compare.

We came here 2 times in 2021. It seemed good, one of the best recreation areas on Kapchagai. However, it is noisy and the "beach" is not very small and rocky. We arrived today, June 11, 2022. It was really quite noisy. Music is playing on the beach under your ear, and music from the cafe is clearly audible separately. There is a party in the cafe, you go inside and you go deaf. The "beach" is small enough, but more than half is occupied by jet skis. But the coolest moment came when in broad daylight on the beach (!!!) a cruiser with a trailer arrived and brought a private one (!!!) jet ski. I mean, you do, right? Here you are walking with your feet in the sand. You go into the water. Here, a car is driving along it, 2 meters away, drives into the water and unloads personal property, having agreed with the administration. Probably convenient. But disrespectful to other customers. Resume. You need to understand what you want. If you get drunk and hang out by the pool with loud music, you are here, you will be satisfied. However, it is unclear why to go to Kapchagai for this. If you relax and swim on the beach, you need to look for another place. However, I don't know which one yet. But we won't come here anymore.

Only cleanliness and order on the territory and the rest is so-so, the food and the bar are brutally expensive, the price and quality do not correspond to each other. The rooms don't match the price either. The Internet is weak, to put it mildly, and the declared cable TV did not work, and the children and I were there, and they had nothing to even watch before going to bed. The staff is responsive and normal. The water in the pool is cloudy, it seems like it hasn't been changed for a long time, you can't see your feet (who was in the water parks knows what it's about). And the rest is normal or average.
