Nice hotel, beds were OK, breakfast passable, and in a good location. Not knowing the quality of other hotels in Karaganda, I can't really compare. It may be more expensive in Karaganda to provide a good hotel, but the cost was above what I expected. There aren't many options in Karaganda, so this is certainly a viable one if you're looking for something nice.

I rarely write positive reviews, unfortunately, the service in our city often leaves much to be desired. But today I want to share my impressions about this institution. The cafe is not for big companies, it is a cafe for lovers of really delicious food! You will definitely be greeted by a great guy, a waiter whose name I don't remember, who really loves his job and you will feel like real guests... The food is just great, everything was delicious! Starting from French fries and ending with meat. We tried almost everything during the evening, delicious pizza, great burgers, curtains, salads, everything tasted amazing. Portions and serving are excellent!

It's a great hotel. The staff is very friendly, it is pleasant to communicate with the staff, as if I came to visit them personally. Amazing a la carte breakfasts. Delicious cuisine in the restaurant. The room has a tea station, a safe, a bathrobe/slippers, everything you need for your stay. Very good mattress, I slept great. Everything is very clean.

Great hotel. Clean, tidy, fresh and not tortured. I really liked the breakfasts. A decent hotel. There was an unusual situation, upon arrival it turned out that the reservation had been canceled. Check-in is late. We went to a meeting, found a room and stayed in the future.

Nice hotel. The staff is friendly and tries very hard to satisfy the guest. Two restaurant options are traditional and a balcony. There is also a spa, gym and other facilities where you can spend time. Parking is available. Access to the hotel is possible from two sides, which is convenient for drivers.

For an additional fee, they refused to check in earlier, allegedly there were no rooms. I asked if possible to check in because I was late for an important event. They said they would settle in at 13. As a result, number 13 is still not ready. Considering that the room costs 80 thousand tenge a night for two.. The rooms are small, but there is a bathrobe and accessories. The coffee is disgusting in the room.

I liked the breakfasts in the restaurant on the 1st floor... I didn't try All the dishes: I wanted to, but I didn't have time for a short business trip... Good location: almost all Karaganda buses go here! A large shop on Gogol Street until 23:00, 200-300 meters from the hotel... Nice hotel staff: well done and clever!
