When the cafe opened, the menu of the first courses included kharcho and solyanka. Both dishes were delicious and satisfying. After a month and a half, solyanka, as an unconventional Georgian dish, disappeared. Instead, they began to serve the traditional cold drink. As for the grub, three months later it turned from rich and thick to lean and thin, in addition to decreasing in volume. As for khinkali, they are very weak in terms of having enough meat in them. Because of this, I had to change the lunch location.

After accepting the order, we discussed taking out food and drinks together, as a result, we took out first one dish, then another, then asked if we could take out drinks with or without food, we looked with a misunderstanding, because the food was already on the table, but nothing, maybe a hard day, it doesn't happen to anyone, the drinks were taken out, there is nothing to eat, again it was necessary to catch the waiters to ask for the dishes. We were both shocked by the taste, we always go here and everything was fine, this time absolutely everything was tasteless, except for hinkali with mushrooms. Chmerulsky chicken in sauce, the sauce is visible in the photo, just boiled lumps, what's on the tortillas, what's with the chicken, the meat is dry, salty. According to khinkali: cheesy, tasteless, watery, tasteless water instead of broth, the rest of the khinkali with terribly salty broth. I don't know what happened that evening, but it was very bad.

Yesterday we missed the delicious cuisine of Georgia and decided to visit the Khinkalnya in Skala for the first time. Of the advantages: We decorated the Christmas tree, well done. The waiter girls are nice and polite. The interior is in its own style. The prices are low, but the portions are small. I really liked the feijoa compote, the taste is unusual Of the cons: It doesn't taste good, unfortunately It's served unsightly, alas. Stomachs hurt after dinner Chikhirtma soup is tasteless, unpleasant, beaten egg, chicken fibers per tooth and water with seasoning and herbs. A controversial recipe. This is not Chihirtma at all. Khachapuri in Megrelian is not a recipe. It looks more like an oiled, greasy flatbread sprinkled with cheese. But you can eat. The salad looked unsightly, they didn't put the pomegranate, which is mandatory in this salad with eggplant, the tomato was already watery. But more or less to the taste, we were hungry. And since the soup didn't come in, they tried to satisfy their hunger with what they served. An appetizer, Eggplant with nut filling - don't take it, I felt from the first bite that something was wrong and didn't eat it. There is almost no eggplant, just a filling of an incomprehensible dense frozen stale consistency, it is unpleasant even to take it in your mouth. The nut on the plate was dirty. But this is my favorite snack (I always ordered it when I lived in Georgia) My sister tried it. I decided to take some of the Khachapuri and the whole eggplant appetizer with me to try at home. At home, she ate eggplant with nuts - and how her stomach hurt after that. On the second day, we both drink gastric tea and Omez. When the Hinkalen chain was just opening in Minsk, everything was sooo delicious and high-quality. Dear Khinkalni employees, please return the previous quality of food.
