I recently returned from an amazing vacation in Egypt — and I really want to thank manager Ekaterina for her work! From the first minute of communication, it became clear that I was in good hands. I stopped by the Dana mall today (04.01.2026), I bought the tour online and had questions. After waiting 40 minutes, the girl informed me that she only consults on tours purchased from her. Saying that she doesn't have access to online tours and she doesn't see my information, but she could have advised me about the visa... this information is general and she knows it, of course. It was very unpleasant to hear the refusal, because after standing in the stuffy center for 40 minutes, I left with nothing.…As they say, time is money. I'm definitely not going there anymore.
