I bought flowers the other day... I was kindly offered their help. After choosing, they quickly packed the flowers in shipping paper, told me about the care, and I was happy to leave. When I unpacked the flowers, to put it mildly, I was surprised... On 2 branches of chrysanthemums, half of the petals were missing from several buds, and the green leaves were half dry. There was no time to go back, and it was extremely embarrassing to give such flowers. I don't want to talk about the price, but for 13 rubles for a half-naked chrysanthemum branch and not fresh, it's a shame when objectively it's not worth it... I had to keep the flowers and order new ones.

Today I came once again for flowers, asked to collect a cornice, to which I received an answer.:- choose from these two, I will not collect the other one, in an extremely rude tone. Next time I'll go to another store, although it's not convenient for me geographically. The owner of the store, pay attention to my review.

Always fresh flowers, interesting assortment, professional selection of flower arrangements. Florist Tatiana is a creative pro, the bouquets she created have not left anyone indifferent yet. They give emotions of delight and joy! I have already ordered 5 bouquets there. Everyone is different and unique.
