What a disappointment! I went there to buy a MacBook Pro and wanted to transfer my data from my MacBook Air. They were rather intrusive, explaining that this service is not offered to everyone. I found the service poor and left without making a purchase. If this is what Apple is becoming, I’m no longer sure I’ll stick with them. I’m really not impressed.

It was very Poor and the service is very bad and after all the issue sort out its took me 15 day and they said its software bug but they change the display and they wrongly put the UPS tracking Number for that they ask me to wait 2 more days to get the correct Tracking Number until now didn't received my phone yet :( :( and please be inform that for the repair don't go to Dubai Mall Apple store

I have taken i phone 14 plus in October on 14 and returned the same as my son wanted pro max next day October 15. Sorry to inform you that I have not received the refund till now. I went to the store personally three times in these three months, every time they are telling the same sentence I will receive but till now nothing received. The store manager I spoke to is very rude I’ve been there two times with my wife also she also requested to look into the matter but the lady so called manager is not even bothered to register the issue. Once i met the finance head by name jyoti she also told that I will receive but till now no money not even a phone call follow up. Expecting a call from the management before going legally to report to the legal authorities.

I purchased apple care to protect against accidents and damages the rain comes in dubai and its not working great i go to tHR APPLE STORE thinking im protected with apple care and then they say no you have to y like 300 dollars to get it fixed because we found some water in the lap top and so i say whats the point of the protection apple care and the manager says well you would pay 3000 dirhimas , mind you the coat of the lap top was 3300 dirhims so i would pay all the money again to fix my computer and again I say WHATS THE POINT OF APPLE CARE IF THATS HOW MUCH I PAY WITH APPLE CARE FOR AN ACCIDENT THIS IS SAD NO SUPPORT WHAT SO EVER

The Apple Store here reminded me of the flagship Apple store on 5th Avenue in New York: it also has several levels, a lot of people (including just charging iPhones), and almost the entire line is represented. Plus, there are a sufficient number of intelligent professional consultants who communicate well and are polite to all visitors who came both for planned shopping and for idle "viewing" of gadgets. You can make a trade in by transferring the data from the old iPhone to the new one on the spot. On the tables are the red–haired iPhone 17 Pro Max coveted by many, presented in the salon on the principle of "an eye sees an eye and a tooth". You will not be able to purchase an iPhone without pre-ordering new items on the Apple website. Life hack: on the first level there is an exit to a picturesque terrace with a great view of the fountains and Burj Khalifa. It is from there that you can watch and film (ideally on a brand–new iPhone 😉) the singing fountain show. However, you will have to defend a (small) large queue, which is not regulated by the most friendly security. But it's worth it.

I visited this store yesterday, bought 2 items from the Apple line, wireless charging and a watch. The store's impressions are not WOW, see the reasons below: 1.
