Micheal from the dubai Mall apple store is a power filled example of how brands treat thier employees to take extreme decisions to get a new phone replaced during any warranty timed issues wish all brands in UAE follow this simple power given to its employees which makes tje brand better and better.take care of your employees the brand will get better eventually

What a disappointment! I went there to buy a MacBook Pro and wanted to transfer my data from my MacBook Air. They were rather intrusive, explaining that this service is not offered to everyone. I found the service poor and left without making a purchase.
If this is what Apple is becoming, I’m no longer sure I’ll stick with them. I’m really not impressed.

I purchased apple care to protect against accidents and damages the rain comes in dubai and its not working great i go to tHR APPLE STORE thinking im protected with apple care and then they say no you have to y like 300 dollars to get it fixed because we found some water in the lap top and so i say whats the point of the protection apple care and the manager says well you would pay 3000 dirhimas , mind you the coat of the lap top was 3300 dirhims so i would pay all the money again to fix my computer and again I say WHATS THE POINT OF APPLE CARE IF THATS HOW MUCH I PAY WITH APPLE CARE FOR AN ACCIDENT THIS IS SAD NO SUPPORT WHAT SO EVER

I have taken i phone 14 plus in October on 14 and returned the same as my son wanted pro max next day October 15.
Sorry to inform you that I have not received the refund till now.
I went to the store personally three times in these three months, every time they are telling the same sentence I will receive but till now nothing received.
The store manager I spoke to is very rude I’ve been there two times with my wife also she also requested to look into the matter but the lady so called manager is not even bothered to register the issue.
Once i met the finance head by name jyoti she also told that I will receive but till now no money not even a phone call follow up.
Expecting a call from the management before going legally to report to the legal authorities.

It was very Poor and the service is very bad and after all the issue sort out its took me 15 day and they said its software bug but they change the display and they wrongly put the UPS tracking Number for that they ask me to wait 2 more days to get the correct Tracking Number until now didn't received my phone yet :( :(
and please be inform that for the repair don't go to Dubai Mall Apple store

A great modern apple store where you want to stay. The consultants know their business very well and will answer all questions. There are Russian-speaking consultants as well. I recommend buying equipment here. Do not forget to buy an iPhone, you need to reserve it in advance through the Apple website, you just won't be able to come and buy it.

I visited this store yesterday, bought 2 items from the Apple line, wireless charging and a watch. The store's impressions are not WOW, see the reasons below:
1. A large number of people, and many from the category of "I did not come to buy, but to see," as a result, there are not enough consultants for everyone.
2. Consultants can simply leave you (although you choose to buy) and go to lunch (most likely, they have lunch strictly on time and they cannot violate the rules, but it looks very strange). A consultant was working with me, then he said, "Excuse me, I'm going to lunch!" and handed me over to another consultant.
3. Russian-speaking consultants avoid Russian-speaking buyers in every possible way, including from Kazakhstan and other republics of the former USSR (I think for the reason that many people come to see, get a price and leave, thus taking up consultants' time when they can really sell something to someone and, accordingly, receive their percentage of sales).
4. Consultants prefer customers who buy expensive gadgets, and they work with apparent reluctance with those who want "small things."
Among the advantages, I would like to mention the spacious toga halls of the store and the opportunity to view and touch the goods live.

Cool two-story store. They have a gorgeous balcony on the street from which it is great to look at the fountains.
According to the epel, there is everything, you can see everything, test it, consult normally.
I worked in the mall and every morning passing by I saw how people come before the opening and stand in line at the door. During the day, you can get in quite calmly, but they are trying to make a stir. The last time I saw a bunch of poles with ropes like at the airport. Make tracks for the queue. Three people are walking inside and three people are standing in line outside :) Well, this.. Otherwise fine.
