It's a very nice cafe. We went often, because next to the hotel. Very nice girl waiter, says "Thank you" in Russian). The portions are large. There aren't many people. There is a small summer porch. They don't take tips, which surprised me a lot.
Two servings + tea, came out no more than 48-52 dirhams (1100-1200 rubles). We ate one portion there (boldly for two), and took the second portion to the hotel.
You can pay with a Unionpay card from Rosselkhoznadzor.

A cafe is within walking distance from the Holliday Hotel. Delicious simple dishes, large portions, affordable prices. Payment in cash and by card. Friendly staff, fast service. I liked the pizza and salads

Delicious food, large portions, waiting from 10 to 20 minutes. There is a smoking room. Clean, beautiful, cozy, polite staff.
