Well organized spot for cycling. Big parking, rental shop, wc/shower and few good shops/cafes to recover after a ride. Track is really big with very good surface and rest points.

The track is a fire. I need to arrive early and get water (about 1.5 liters was enough for me for 100 km). I met a local resident from Abu Dhabi (Hussein or Husain, lawyer, hello to you), we even chatted at one of the transit points :) He was a very friendly man, and he gave me a date. Respect for a man who was no longer young, but in great shape. At 7 a.m. it was cold (February 3), I put on leggings. Around 10-11 a.m., the heat had already started, and I changed into shorts. Don't forget about the sunscreen. The road is smooth, it's just the best place to ride in my life. I'll come back again if I'm in the Emirates.

Great bike trail! You can rent a cool highway on the spot (book it in advance)! Keep in mind that there is dense fog in the desert in the mornings from November to March. Minimum visibility and a wet nose are provided for you from 6:00 to 08:00 (in the photos 7:30, 22.11). At the finish line, you will have a hot shower and delicious tea from cafes in the parking lot.

But if you decide to ride deep into the afternoon, make sure that your bike has front and rear lights installed, and maybe a moderately bright headlight. The sun sets quickly.
