There are two Russian girls who work at the hotel reception, Oksana and Mila-they are smart, they keep in touch with everyone, they are very friendly. The rooms are not small, safe, hairdryer, kettle, TV, WF, air conditioning, daily cleaning (clean).The territory is adjacent to two more hotels, (because there is only one owner) and you can walk around these hotels, as well as use the services of bars. 2 ala-kart restaurants, Mongolian and Italian, you can have dinner for free once and go 1 more time to the restaurant of the neighboring hotel. The beach is clean, sandy, and it is convenient to enter the water. For children, it's super, shallow water at first, then deeper gradually, without breaks. Location: near the airport. Almost next to the shopping center "Senzo", close to the aquarium, which is definitely worth a visit. The water park is normal. for children and adults. The hotel offers inexpensive dry cleaning services. Check-out on the day of departure at 12.00. For the extension of stay in the room, 11 € per adult was paid.

I'm a positive person and that's why I put a four)
The food was delicious, although a modest choice (the only thing, I was with a child, 1.4, there is no food for such children, I had to go to the supermarket and buy baby food for the child), the soups were peculiar, I could not eat them, I did not even offer the child, the beach is very very cool! I didn't want to go anywhere at all, just not to be on the beach.
I went for a massage, of course for the money, the massage is so-so 😕

We stayed at the hotel in May 2023. A great hotel for your money. Better than many fives. The variety of food is not great, but it is delicious, you will not stay hungry. Reception is normal. We lived in one-story buildings closer to the water park. The room is spacious, the water is hot, the air conditioning is cold, the sound insulation is not bad. The beach is just a bomb for Egypt. There is a huge area for evening walks, as you can walk through two neighboring hotels. The water park is good.

A good hotel for families with children. You can use the infrastructure of the five-star Ali Baba Hotel.

The whole family had a rest, two children, my wife and I. The rooms are very old. The food is good and plentiful. The entrance to the sea is good only in one place and it is very cramped when everyone goes to sea. But there is a lot for children - there is a small zoo with monkeys, a water park, a playground and a mini club for children from 4 years old. Cleaning is daily, but not very good.

We are currently resting on 06/16/2024. The place is gorgeous, most of the young people with children are 80-90% and there are a lot of playgrounds for children, swimming pools, entrance to the sea. Different.There are a lot of foreigners. But Russian speakers are 40-50%.
There are paid additional services, all according to the price hookah, wine, billiards, etc. vodka,champagne, souvine and chips / cocktails 1/2 bucks.

We went there on March 14, the weather was warm, but in my opinion the water was cold +24 it was right cold in the afternoon, but when we left.. March 21 is already noticeably warmer) The food is good there.. I'd say she's cool.. But I didn't like the rooms. The bathroom in room 641 was narrow, the shower was nailed to the wall, the toilet was right against the sink... Personally, our room was cleaned, but when we first moved in, it was clear that the bed was not clean and someone was sleeping on it!!!! Hair and so on. They called and got out. And then the room was already cleaned! Entertainment is also good for both children and adults. There are drinks: coffee, cocoa, hot chocolate, carbonated water, alcoholic beverages are diluted. As for me, it's normal, but the rooms are not very far from the main Restaurant, ice cream from 14-00 to 16 and yes, it's just sooo much diluted, it's not even fruit ice.... 😅but just ground ice, well, okay... We can live without him! We were vacationing with a 7-year-old child and an elderly grandmother. The beach is great. Excellent gentle approach, sandy bottom, relaxing with children is just wonderful. You can leave somewhere quieter, you can get closer to the movement)
The main restaurant is very well prepared. It's really delicious. With sad fruits, in a country where the mango season practically does not end, it should be a shame to serve green sour muck. I'm not quibbling - I bought delicious mangoes myself and on the same day sour greens were served in the restaurant. Mango was given 2 times in 2 weeks.. The condee in the restaurant deserves a separate word: wild dubak!!! Not everywhere, it doesn't blow in the back streets, in the central zone it blows away with icy streams.
Rooms in the hotel: the rooms are small, almost all without balconies, instead of a balcony there is a sofa at the entrance. There is simply nowhere to dry swimsuits! People twisted as best they could - some dried on trees, some brought ropes with them. If you are traveling with a child who is not the most careful, take 2 suitcases of T-shirts with shorts for him.
The territory of the hotel is large, from the reception and the main restaurant to the sea it is very soulful to stomp. For an elderly person, the load is hellish, moving closer may not work even for an additional fee - there may not be any available rooms. I had an average of 14 thousand steps a day - it was a hike to breakfast, then to the sea, then back for lunch, rest in the room, back to the sea, dinner and to the room. Hot water appears in the late afternoon, in the morning it is just invigorating freshness, in places, under the cries of "this is Sparta!!"

We had a rest in April 2024! We arrived in Russia and have been in the hospital for 4 days (they are finding out what we caught in this terrible hotel). The hotel is very dirty! In the main cafe, the cleanliness of the tables is not monitored at all, dirty dishes left after someone are wrapped in clean napkins.The glasses are all stained! They dilute everything with juices! The power supply does not even pull at 4 *. The shared toilets in the cafe and the main building are all covered in dust, the sinks are dirty, it's scary to touch the handles!
There is a problem with the rooms in general: the furniture is all worn out, the bed linen is in spools. Ants are crawling on the floor. There is a constant smell of sewage in the bathroom (despite the fact that we changed rooms 2 times).

There is no duvet cover (2 sheets on the bottom and on top of the blanket). In these rooms (Superior pool view) there is only a DOUBLE BED! 2 single beds are not provided. Only in standards. Our friends also bought a Superior pool view and they had to live in a Standard room, as they needed 2 separate beds.
The mattress is comfortable, hard (we like it that way), the pillows are very high for an adult, especially for a child.

The only fat plus of this hotel. The beach of Aladdin himself is not very to my taste, entering the sea, etc., and to the left of it is Jasmine Beach, it's chic. Soft sand, wide shore, smooth sandy entry into the sea. Nearby there is a bar with cold drinks, a toilet (always clean), a heated swimming pool nearby, where all the animation takes place. There is also a volleyball court nearby. The beach is 10 out of 10!

I am a positive person, so I was looking for advantages with all my might)) She returned thinner- isn't that a plus))
The kitchen is very modest, not 4* exactly, very small selection of dishes. If there is delicious soup and delicious meat at lunch or dinner, the day was a success! 2 types of soup (you'll be lucky if one turns out to be edible). Chicken, fish every other day (terrible) - I haven't even eaten this in Russia, beef is edible every other time. We ate rice in gravy))) Tomatoes are tasteless, cucumbers are the same. From fruits: oranges, tangerines, green tasteless melons, dates.
Breakfast is generally!! Fried eggs are fried in such old pans that they can hardly be torn off! A lot of oil on the pan and on the fried eggs themselves (I see this for the first time). I am generally silent about the dissatisfied face of the cook. Cheese, sausage - horror. Only pastries are delicious.
ALA CARD:
I do not recommend Italian. They left hungry, everything tasteless, waited 30 minutes for their order. The service is terrible.
Mongolian - I recommend it. There was a delicious assortment of meat cooked in a frying pan and served on it. The soup is so-so, the pasta is like pasta.
Sushi/Chinese soup is delicious, like Tom Yam, insular. Salad with crab - not a scrub, of course, but with a crab stick)) The rolls are covered with some kind of mayonnaise. It tastes like a three. Soy sauce is a nightmare, I didn't know it could be so tasteless.
The service in Chinese and Mongolian was excellent! They even left a tip.
BAR AND DRINKS:
Powdered juice, various sodas, all this cannot be poured by yourself, only through a bartender or waiter. It's the same with tea and coffee. Tea/coffee is only freely available for breakfast and then there are no clean mugs, then the milk has run out, the tea in the restaurant is only black packaged.
Red wine is a rare poison (I had enough of a sip), white wine is a little better, but also poison. I haven't tried anything else from alcohol.
service:
Mixed feelings, depends on the specific person, there are very pleasant smiling people, and there are not so many)) Basically, everyone is doing well, except for some personalities.
towels:
Towels can be handed over only in the evening! For example, we go to lunch and want to hand over wet towels, but they tell us: bring them in the evening. That's it. the day of departure (at 12:00) explained why I don't rent in the evening! Quiet horror. At 17:00, everything on the beach closes and even the water stops flowing to rinse your feet))) This is also the first time I've seen this!
swimming pool:
The heated pool is located next to the sea, which is convenient. In the early days, it was difficult to call it heated. And it was only on the 4th day of our vacation that the water in the pool really began to heat up. And as I already wrote - at 17:00 everything closes, the staff starts whistling and expelling everyone from the pool. If someone doesn't come out, they come up and whistle in your ear)))And this is the first time I've seen this!
snack:
There is nowhere to eat from 10:00 to 12:30! from 16:00 to 17:00, they promised cookies with tea in the Lobby, but we did not wait for them.
territory:
I really liked it, it is green, well-groomed, pleasant music plays in the evening on the territory, there is a place to walk, including on the territory of Ali Baba.

We rested, tanned, lost weight)) Everything is fine, all this did not overshadow our vacation, BUT those who love comfort and delicious food are not here.
Who needs a beautiful beach, a comfortable approach and a large territory - well come!
And... our tour for two with my son (7 years old) for 8h/9 days (Aeroflot) it cost 114,000 rubles. Expensive or cheap - judge for yourself.

We were at the hotel from 25.09.23 to 02.10.23
Pros: not bad food, gentle sandy beach
Cons: standard rooms are not just "tired", they are simply catastrophically in need of repair. The tile is all worn out, it is extremely unpleasant to be in the bath, there is a smell of rotten water. The shower is "mounted" in the wall, the hose is not provided-this is a minus for us. The water pressure is weak.
The air conditioner requires special attention - it works out of the ordinary badly! The intensity is not regulated, no matter how hard you try. The temperature of the issued air is the same that it is 19 degrees to put that 30. Very noisy, it is not possible to sleep! In order to change the air flow from the bed to the wall, you need to use pasatizhi, otherwise they do not move.
The rooms are 4 apartment houses - very strong audibility of both neighbors and what is happening on the street.
