In general, there was a feeling that the clinic was more interested in the financial component of the treatment, rather than the result. In addition, even calling an outside company for cremation made their mark-up, which was generally very unethical. There were more or less responsible doctors, and there was a feeling that the cat's condition changed depending on the person on duty.
