They did not give a clear diagnosis, they put the fip without tests. In general, there was a feeling that the clinic was more interested in the financial component of the treatment, rather than the result. In addition, even calling an outside company for cremation made their mark-up, which was generally very unethical. There were more or less responsible doctors, and there was a feeling that the cat's condition changed depending on the person on duty. She gave a score of 2, not 1, for offering a stray cat who lived in the clinic as the first donor. Thanks to Simka for donating for Sulu! The ultrasound was done by a girl who immediately admitted that she was not an ultrasound technician, "but she understands a little" — at the same time, they took the money for the procedure as for a full-fledged examination. As a result, the cat was admitted to the hospital, they said that they would empty the bladder and clarify the diagnosis. Then they said they urgently needed a blood transfusion. The next day, "suddenly" it turned out that the cat had a broken paw. When we asked if the fracture was old or fresh, the doctor replied, "Honestly, I'm not a radiologist, I don't know." It turns out that the experts themselves are not sure what they are doing. When we asked why this was the case, we heard that "all the good doctors have moved to a new branch on the left bank." The cost of treatment shocked us. 50,000 TENGE was billed for one day of stay! At the same time, it was announced in advance that the maximum would be 30,000, and then even less. The bill included 3 days in the hospital, although the cat stayed there from 25.09 (14:22) to 26.09 (17:00) — that is, just a little more than a day. We considered paw surgery and urinary tract treatment, but the amount turned out to be too much, so we made the difficult decision to euthanize. However, they refused us and simply billed us a lot. We picked up the cat and took it to another clinic. It turned out there: there is no cystitis, the paw will heal itself, and the tail is hanging due to the fact that someone beat the animal. And all this time, unnecessary and expensive procedures were imposed on us in your clinic, they did not help the cat and simply took the money. Bottom line: disgusting attitude, lack of competence, complete disorganization and inflated bills. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
