He works now from 11 to 22. They offer to give out cash, or issue an Invoice. There seems to be a commission of 1 euro for cash. They work fast. Faster than Global blue

It is located right after our customs post, if you go from Finka. First Planet and then Global Blue are located in one place. Global has a couple of kopecks more refund than its competitor and you can drink a cup of coffee after receiving the money, it's definitely not bad, you can drink it.))
