Al Murabaa Tower was built in the first quarter of the 20th century. The goal is purely practical - to monitor the seashore for pirates and other pearl fishermen. The tower was restored in the early 2000s, looks quite decent and is rightfully one of the historical architectural landmarks, of which there are not so many in present-day Ajman...
