In my opinion, the best hotel in the city, which could set the brand for hotels in larger cities. Responsive and qualified staff, spacious rooms for every budget from economy to premium apartments, a restaurant with a fairly large menu. The hotel complex includes a swimming pool and sauna.

We are staying at this hotel for the 2nd time. For the first time we spent the night in a junior suite, we did not receive slippers from the reception. For the second time, we decided not to worry and take a standard room. Please note that all the corner rooms are very cold. Considering that the room costs 35,000 tenge.per day, the price does not correspond to the quality at all. You get a feeling of complete devastation. There are stains on the walls, in the cracks. Fu was terribly squeamish even to go to the toilet. The shower stall is dirty and yellow from raids, the toilet is yellow. The robes are in terrible condition, as if they hadn't even been washed. The mattress is in terrible condition, the springs are digging into the body. The breakfasts are sooo meager. When they are serviced, everything cools down until they are delivered. The sauna door is broken, it won't close Therefore, you will not get any pleasure from soaring. Making general conclusions about the condition of the room and the service, the price for survival is critically overestimated. I won't come here for the 3rd time.

The price does not match the quality. There is no service. Upon arrival, the conditions were not told. Upon departure, it turned out that it was possible to use the pool. For 8 days of stay, the cleaning in the room was 1 time after my treatment at the reception, consisted in taking out the trash, removing the dirty glass, and changing the towel. There is slush on the street, shoes are constantly dirty, the carpet is covered in sand. I lived in junior suite number 7. There is no minibar, refrigerator, kettle in the room. The price per day is 35,000 tenge.

Chilly. TVs just weigh so much. They don't catch Wi-Fi. It was possible to at least put karaoke on, thereby compensating for Wi-Fi. We have to wait for the hot water to run. In general, so-so. It's the norm for locals))
