The beach is close by. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Dubai Mall. The side of the house facing the bridge is quite loud. Slow motion of cars, honking regularly, racers appear at night. There is a mosque nearby. On the 4th floor there is a small swimming pool, which is more suitable for children.

The house is located almost on the central beach (I think 200 m). It is extremely convenient - both to the beach and for evening walks along the embankment with restaurants and cafes. On the other side of the house, 50 m from the Marina Canal. Also with a walking area. It is located at a rather noisy intersection, but it does not bother. It is convenient that there is a tram stop nearby. Shops in the district are very expensive, because the area is tourist. The complex has a good gym and an excellent swimming pool. Tennis court. The apartments are good. A great place to relax.
