Today I visited your clinic with two small children. Unfortunately, the quality of service and conditions inside turned out to be extremely unsatisfactory. First of all, we were informed at the entrance that we needed to take off our shoes. At the same time, no disposable shoe covers or other hygiene conditions were provided. Secondly, there was a man at the reception who introduced himself as a doctor, but it is not clear who he really is. There were various jars of medicines on the table nearby, many of them were open, which completely violates sanitary standards. When we asked questions, the employee did not even look in our direction, answered rudely and said that "there is no time and there is no place." There was unsanitary conditions everywhere, and an unpleasant smell was felt, which is absolutely unacceptable for a medical institution. It was unpleasant and even disgusting for me to be in such conditions. I believe that the clinic urgently needs to pay attention to hygiene, staff organization, and basic respect for visitors.

This is not a clinic, and it is unclear how they still do not close it. The doctor, without examining the patient, without tests and everything else, immediately gives everyone a strong antibiotic (ceftriaxone). Even when I warned the doctor not to inject this antibiotic to the child, since I was giving him another one, I warned the nurse, they still added it to the IV without my knowledge, saying that it was impossible without it! At the same time, they don't give a conclusion, nothing, some kind of checkpoint, where everyone is treated with the same thing! I don't understand parents who constantly take their children to him and ruin their health. I was also advised by this doctor as one of the best. But this is the first time I've met with such horror! There is only one doctor there named Bakhtiyor, who pretends to be someone unknown, believes that he has the right to shout at children, referring to the fact that he is already tired of these screams, since he has already had more than a hundred children in a day. There is no respect for patients! Complete unsanitary conditions!

In addition, children are injected with antibiotics without tests, which is a violation of established medical standards. My child suffered from pseudomembranous colitis, and he was undergoing continuous antibiotic therapy, which contributed to the negative dynamics of the clinical picture. At the same time, the doctor not only failed to take the necessary diagnostic measures, but also made incorrect statements about us. Last year, I even wanted to go to court, but due to the child's health condition, I couldn't do it. Where does the Ministry of Health look at such egregious violations?
