In October, I applied to the agency for a visa, it was necessary to make an extension, left for Oman, I had a return ticket on the same day, as a result, the agency staff confused my full name, because of this I was stuck in Oman for a day, lost my ticket, paid for a new ticket and a night at the hotel. I was promised a refund of the amount I spent, I collected all the checks, and as a result, the refund was never made. It's been 3 months now
