"We have been coming to Lulu Mesila for 10 years and NEVER experienced anything like this! Charging 20 riyals for HALF AN HOUR of this new 'wallet parking' is INSANE! We spend so much money inside the store, and still they make us pay EXTRA. A man in a white shirt took our money and didn't even give a receipt or bill. This new 20-RIYAL wallet parking is RIDICULOUS and should be STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. I repeat, this should be stopped immediately and should not be done to any customers. Totally unfair to loyal customers!"
