We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It features four pools in total—three indoor and one outdoor. There’s a thermal pool (38–41°C) with pressure outlets for a massage-like experience, a regular indoor pool, an indoor pool with a jacuzzi bed, and an outdoor rooftop pool—all included in the hotel price. The open buffet breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were very kind and attentive, and there’s free on-site parking available, which was very convenient. Our whole family loved the hotel, and we highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Bursa, Turkey!

In a word, it's amazing! Everyone who works is incredibly helpful and friendly! The rooms are immaculate, comfortable, spacious, spacious and brand new. Great for the family: SPA, food, service! We spent 2 nights with the family - I really liked it! Super SPA: several thermal pools + a separate children's area. Massage is wonderful! Delicious food: excellent breakfasts. The food from the restaurant was ordered in the evening in the room - fast and very tasty! Staff: very nice and attentive. The rest was a success, we are satisfied with everything!

A great hotel, the room has everything you need for a wonderful stay. There is a bar, a coffee machine, a Jacuzzi, and there is also a work desk where you can work productively. On the 8th floor there is an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant. Also, the thermal water pool is located on the 1st floor, Spa, etc. Great breakfasts and many more different buns. I recommend it!

There was a smell of dampness in the room where we were staying. There was a lot of water coming out in the shower. Apart from that, the valet service, welcome, open buffet breakfast were very nice. The thermal pool was small, and the other rooms were on the middle level, which was considered important.

Positive: 1. The location of the hotel is in the city center 2. Nice view from the window: the mountains Minuses: 1. A very meager breakfast worth 1400 Turkish lira 2. They moved into a room with a broken toilet (the drain button did not work and the rim was torn off). The master was called, he fixed it in a hurry, but at night the toilet broke down again. 3. The curtains just fell off the curtains at night, scaring us with noise 4. The room was for two people, but the toiletries were provided for one person. Bottom line: you can stay for one night, but even in this case, the price for such a service is too high.

i stayed between 31.12-01.01 the hotel is Decently nice, but I was surprised that the rooms of such a hotel were so cold.At the same time, they took us directly to the non-smoking room without asking the reception if we were smoking.
