For unassuming tourists. I liked. It is very convenient that there is an equipped kitchen, several pots. A good refrigerator and a two-burner stove. Therefore, take care of such things in advance. Plates, cutlery. There is no dishwashing detergent and sponge. If you plan to cook, take it with you. There is no cutting board and other small things. There is no salt or oil. There are several small supermarkets within walking distance. Across the street there is a shopping center with an exchange and a large Carefour supermarket. We bought fruits, vegetables, and shrimps there (they can also peel them there). The studio is small, but it was enough for two of us. The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white. The breakfasts were modest, but they were not hungry. On the first day I asked to make an omelet, they did. But then they refused, only boiled eggs. Rice or noodles are insular, oatmeal with milk, sausages, beans in tomato sauce. Slicing sausage and cheese. Cucumbers, tomatoes, unripe melon, oranges or watermelon. Very tasty pastries. The information sheet said that breakfast was from 8:30, but in fact at 8:00 people already had breakfast. Transfer to the beach at 10:30 and 15:15. In fact, the bus usually arrives 15 minutes later. We walked to Umbrella Beach 2 km away. But you have to cross two 6-lane roads. There are no pedestrian crossings. The beach is not equipped with sun loungers and sun beds. The hotel provides beach towels, lying gently on the sand. There is garbage in places, but not critically. The beach is still being cleaned. The sea is shallow, the bottom is soft sandy. There is a shower and two toilets on the embankment, 7 cafes. A pleasant place to walk. In case of strong waves, the beach is closed. In such cases, we went to a wild fishing beach. The main problem in the hotel is high humidity. Because of this, things don't dry out. The windows don't open. The room smells damp. When you come in, it hits you right in the nose, but then you get used to it. Every day at 16:40 they take you to the 5* hotel of the Royal M chain, where there is a swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi. There is also an entrance directly to the shopping center from the hotel. The arrival time is only 2 hours, at least on my trip. Overall, the hotel is not bad, I recommend it. But keep in mind that you will be picked up at the airport about 6 hours before departure.

Excellent service for apartments, we stayed there for 10 days. We got a good room, the breakfasts were monotonous every day, but we did not stay hungry, of course we would like more variety and meat. The staff speaks English. Not everyone is very helpful, especially the young girl at the reception, how many people have not contacted her in 10 days, does not know anything or just does not want to know how we formed an opinion, even asking for an adapter and did not receive it. The men at the reception solved the issues that arose without any problems. There is no pool in the hotel, but the transvert goes to their second hotel in the center of Fujairah, where you can swim in the spacious pool, we really liked it. There is also a shuttle service to the beach 2 times a day. The bed is large, the mattress and pillows are comfortable. We took food for breakfast and dinner, you will not stay hungry, but there is not much abundance. Dinner can be replaced with lunch, it is on a customized menu sometimes, this is the best option, there is something to choose... They cleaned every day, but periodically forgot to put towels, as it turned out later, the laundry simply did not have time to wash and dry, but they brought them in the evening. The location is not bad, we walked to the beach, because the bus arrived on schedule at 10-30 in the morning, it's already hot...We could have adjusted the schedule. The only drawback is that there are no pedestrian crossings, so we ran through the roads, that is, the crossing, but it's not convenient to go the other way and then return.. The standard room is small, but if you are not going to stay in a hotel, then that's it... Nice hotel. It's clean enough. Friendly staff. No one speaks Russian, but they are trying their best to understand and help you. We only took breakfast. Delicious pastries, eggs and sausages. Watermelon, orange and lemon are always made from fruits. Almost always melon. Towels are provided for the beach. A bus goes to the beach twice a day. Once a day, the bus goes to another hotel, where there is a free sauna and a swimming pool. You can easily walk to the sea in 15-20 minutes. There is a liquor store nearby. We lived in a standard room. There is a kitchen. Stove, kettle, frying pan and pots. Very convenient. Water, tea and coffee were added every day.
The TV channels are almost all in Arabic. I barely found a pair in English.
Of the disadvantages, only the service in the restaurant. There are not enough forks. There are places for everyone too. You'll make me clear the table. The water for tea is slightly warm. Food is added slowly slowly. Porridge is always only oatmeal and, alas, almost not edible.

Among the advantages: there is an alcohol market nearby (15 minutes) and dishes in the kitchen for 2 people.
There are a lot of people at breakfast that need to queue up sometimes. The choice of food is small. The trash can is visible. Once they left a rag in the room, towels are not all given, you need to ask, as well as a toothbrush. There is a shuttle service to the beach, if on foot, then 20 minutes and run over the highway 2 times. There was a normal one from the staff, only a man.
There's grease on the handles in the kitchen.
The windows do not open, they take you to a nearby hotel, there is a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi (different for men and women), a hammam. It's free.
There is also a mall nearby where you can buy groceries. Do not take breakfast and dinner, only breakfast is the maximum for these apartments. There is a very small selection of food, croissants in the morning from desserts, and lunch and dinner have either a cupcake or dessert 1 choice. Lots of spicy food. Of fruits, only watermelon or melon in the morning, lunch and dinner only lemon and orange (maximum). As it is, everyone is friendly, they talk only in English.

We took breakfast, medium, but edible. In the evening we went to an Indian vegetarian cafe, delicious and spicy. It takes 25 minutes to walk to the ocean, about 1.8km. We didn't see any insects or mold, there was dust.Every day you can go to the center or to the shops at 16-30 hours, back at 19-00. Cleaned daily. The staff is polite. We went in December. The bed linen was changed on demand. They inserted a USB stick into the TV, watched movies in the evening, all channels are in Arabic. The food is buffet style, the breakfast is standard - European (eggs, sausages, oatmeal, rice, croissants, juice, coffee is terrible). dinner- pasta/ potatoes, there was meat (alternately beef/lamb/chicken), fish, always rice and beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots. Oranges, melons, watermelons, lemon are made from fruits. For dessert, a cupcake. There is a transfer to the beach and back, not convenient in time for 10-30 there and 14-30 back, because after 11-30 it is already frying specifically, and there are no umbrellas and sun beds either. Also in the evening there is a transfer to another Royal m hotel, where you can visit the sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming pool. Towels are provided for the beach and pool. The girls at the reception are friendly, they will help with any question. In general, the hotel is 3+, but everything is there, cleaned, clean. But I'm not going there anymore.

We went into the room and were a little upset, the conder plows to the fullest, the humidity is fierce, the metal is rusty in places and it was not perfectly clean.But we asked for a higher room ourselves.After 20 minutes of breakfast, it was not realistic to remove it.The main thing is that the bed is clean and the bathroom is also clean.The air conditioner was turned off, the hood was turned on, I wanted to open the sash, but it was already pulled from the windows.The clothes were thrown on the beach.We returned in the evening, the humidity was gone, the smell was gone, we slept perfectly. On the trail. the day the room was cleaned, bed linen, new consumables.Another trace. in the morning we left 5 dirhams and ...
By the evening it was perfectly clean and everything was new again, a double tea set,more bottled water,shampoos, gels, conditioner and shaving gel, a cap, chopsticks, a file, etc., I did not open all the boxes.The bathroom, we couldn't even find a speck.

And, swimsuits and everything wet are dried on a hanger on the window, dry in the morning.

We lived there for 2 weeks in November. The hotel is bad. The windows do not open, there is terrible dampness and mold in the rooms. Arrived at night, were shocked, but we were shown 2 other rooms - the same. The windows are sealed with sealant and screwed with a self-tapping screw. Well, we are Russian people, went to the mall, bought a screwdriver and solved the problem)) we spent the night alone in the fresh air, I don't know how the others lived at all. because otherwise we would have just died there. The cleaner sprayed freshener so that I had to ventilate for half a day. Fortunately, it was not hot outside, we did not use the air conditioner and the humidity dried up, because at first there were puddles on the refrigerator at all, the shelves in the cabinets were wet and the bed was damp. If something dripped somewhere, it didn't dry out.
Next is the problem with towels. For 5 days in a row I ran to the reception and asked to bring 3 towels for 3 people. on the fifth day, they finally gave 3. After 2 days, there were two left again)) Towels were first given to the beach at the reception, then they began to be given to the bus. If we go to the beach on foot, then excuse me. Fortunately, we took a couple of towels with us and the problem with beach towels did not concern us particularly. Once they asked for a towel on the bus, so the guard gave us obviously not fresh, after someone... They didn't ask for more.
The beach is a 20-minute walk away. We went with a 5-year-old child. The wave has nothing to walk. Because the bus goes there not at a convenient time, in the heat. And after breakfast we took it and walked along calmly, without being tied to the bus. However, I had to go back in the heat. About 12 hours. and so the bus goes to the beach at 10-30 from the beach at 14-30 and again there at 15-15 back at 17-30.
Also carries a bus to another hotel of this chain - Royal M. This is a five, far from the beach, but on the 19th floor there is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi. There is a shopping center nearby, but dull, there is nothing special, in 20 minutes from there the Fujairah city center is a large shopping center, the whole party is there) there are a lot of people, a lot of shops, in principle it is interesting.
The beach was cleaned with a tractor every day for the first week, then something was thrown. There are no umbrellas/deck chairs, everyone hangs out on hotel towels, someone with their umbrella, someone bought a tent somewhere. All the people are mostly where the bus brings them, the approach is on foot from the other side and there is practically no one, we really liked it. A couple of times we went to watch the dawn, the first time was successful, the second was cloudy. The sun rises from behind the sea just in time. The water is warm, like in a cool bath. But it's a little cloudy. There are dead crabs hanging out at the bottom... beautiful shells were collected, it seems that you can't take them out of the emirates, but we put a little bit there, a little bit here) I'm more surprised that they don't check suitcases at Dubai airport. You come and immediately check in your luggage. Take whatever you want... Maybe somewhere on the way to the plane, someone still shines through them...
for the last four nights, a fire alarm was turned on around 12 o'clock at night. That's just terrible. You sleep yourself quietly, peacefully, the child is sleeping, and then nate! They turned it off quickly, but you have time to wake up with an adrenaline rush. This was explained by the fact that someone can cook ... (I wonder who wants to cook at 12 or 3 in the morning) is not a very plausible version. Maybe it's them who cook there for breakfast and the alarm goes off.
The food was not bad, there were always fruits, vegetables, sausages, eggs, beans in sauce, rice for breakfast. If you come to breakfast later, you may run out of cheese, or pastries. The coffee machine broke down with us. They began to put just 2 heaters - in one coffee, in the other milk. There's nothing else to drink for breakfast. Stupidly there is no boiling water to pour tea, people started queuing for a coffee machine that barely worked. Then they began to ask the waiter to pour boiling water into a cup in the kitchen. Water was given for breakfast in the first week, then when a lot of people arrived, they stopped giving it. One water per face is brought to the room during cleaning. And in the evening they put it on the tables for dinner. The morning shift is bad, the cook is bad and the guard who squeezed the water, explaining that they bring it to the room. And our child wanted to drink after the buns for breakfast. Moreover, some Filipinos were given water with them, but we were not given it in principle. Apparently he didn't like us... the evening shift is very good, and the waiter boy worked so smartly, and in general everyone is pretty cute. In general, we did not like the morning cook and the security guard from all the staff. He was so worried that we would drink extra water, as if we were personally taking it away from him.
By the way, there is absolutely nothing to drink for dinner, except bottled water. Cakes are one kind and there is absolutely no bread. In the morning, bread - pita bread and toast.
As a result, in principle, the hotel is well located, within walking distance to the beach, and you won't die of hunger there. But it is unrealistically damp and it is not possible to live there if you do not open the windows. +problems with towels, water, and sometimes the arrogant attitude of the staff (but it's just a couple of people out of a dozen, the rest are pretty cute) In general, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Hello everyone. We had a rest in the second half of December. The hotel is normal, the beach is nice and clean, we were lucky with the weather - we swam and sunbathed every day.
Pros: clean, well-equipped rooms with kitchen; service and cleaning; location; food; beach within walking distance (15-20 minutes); beautiful promenade; silence and lack of musical noise nearby.
Cons: very small rooms are standard; some staff do not understand not only Russian, but also English.

Good evening, everyone. I had a rest in Uptown Hotel Apartments from 06.02 to 19.02.2022.The location of the hotel is not bad, but there are still a lot of construction sites around.. They build luxury hotels, unlike each other. They take us to the beach regularly, we take clean towels and water on the bus. The beach is large, well-groomed, there are all amenities nearby, a beautiful embankment. But you can also walk on foot if someone wants to early or after lunch. The staff is correct, attentive, responds quickly to requests. I would especially like to mention Mr. Mohamed at the reception and chef Sejin. They are neat, well-mannered, very friendly, professionals in their field. All issues are solved instantly. They treat customers with respect. leaving food in the room, on any request. A wish for the future:diversify the menu, include fish and seafood, meat, expand the range of dishes and alternate them throughout the week. Thank you for the conscientious service and sincerity. I am happy with my rest. Stay the same hospitable.

I had to ask to bring this, bring that, replace the third.. This is some kind of nightmare. In addition, there was a cockroach in the room.. At which the girl at the reception just laughed...They don't understand Russian at the hotel at all. You explain something in English, but the problems are not solved or from the hundred and first time... There is no sound insulation in the room, all the sounds of the street can be heard from the window, and there is a road and a construction site next to the hotel. To the beach you have to go across the road, which you have to run across at your own risk and also go through wastelands... There is nothing on the beach.. Only fishermen who set nets and drive cars almost into the sea. Having paid a lot of money for the tour, we did not expect to see this..This is probably the worst hotel we've ever been to... I can't tell you about nutrition yet.. We've only had one dinner so far...
