First time to have breakfast there.
Long line for the coffee, cold coffee…
No good food variety. Not great quality. Amount not enough and replenishment was slow.
Thanks to the staff who were trying hard but unfortunately couldn’t reach the right level.
Am sorry for this rating, but I am confident that a bit of more attention, it would be better.

Excellent hotel. We were with my husband and child, we rented a two-room room. The delight is indescribable, panoramic windows. The service is at the highest level, the pool on the roof of the 27th floor, the sauna is free throughout the day. I recommend it to everyone

I liked the rest, the staff is polite, the rooms are cleaned perfectly. The breakfasts are delicious.
Among the features of the rooms - the showers and bathrooms are transparent:-)
I put 4 only because of the pool, the water is poorly filtered, some particles are floating.

Nice hotel, delicious breakfasts and a good selection. I didn't really like the room, I was very tired. The hotel is not located in the most expensive area, but it is a good location and we have found good restaurants. In general, I recommend it.

Dear hotel management, firstly, the rooms are very dirty: from carpets in the rooms, dust, fingers, stains and dirt on the furniture to broken plumbing in the rooms, and so on everywhere.
General cleaning and dry cleaning are extremely necessary. Dirty tables in the lobby, fingers, dirt.
The furniture in the rooms and everywhere else is tired and very shaky.
The hotel staff tries very hard, all requests are clear and fast, with a smile. For that, thank you very much.
Three-course breakfasts.
A lot of things need to be finalized and completed.
Some of the rooms overlook the roof of the restaurant with live music, it will be noisy.
The location is convenient, everything is close.
And one more thing, the location itself is not a tourist area, this is important.

Great hotel. The location is good, the room is clean and tidy, shower accessories were changed every day, cleaning was carried out. There is a swimming pool and sauna on the upper floor. There were only slippers, but this is not a problem for me, I always travel with my own.

The rooms are comfortable, quiet (15th floor)
The room has air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, refrigerator. If necessary, they will bring a board and an iron. Hot water appears ~ 1 minute after opening the faucet. There are no Euro sockets, the charging fits into the local ones, but somehow loosely.
Breakfast - omelet bar, coffee machine, cheese-sausage-yogurt-salad-juice buffet, pastries, toaster, everything is standard.
Dinners for 4 people, they can't cook steaks. There was no "wow" effect.
But on Thursdays there are awesome sushi and rolls in unlimited quantities. For this credit, it was delicious. Sauna and hammam require understanding for their normal heating (you have to "fool" the temperature sensor). The pool is only suitable for refreshing after the sauna.
A 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by taxi is a good public beach.

A very good hotel, especially considering the price tag for permanent discounts. The rooms are large, in good condition, quiet.
The location is quite convenient, lots of public transport nearby.
To stop for 1-2 days for cheap - take it without thinking. The rooftop pool is very modest, rather checkboxes, refresh yourself and move on.

Of the minuses:
- few outlets
- from cutlery - 1 teaspoon
- glass partition to the bathroom
- the condition of some furniture leaves much to be desired.
